新医科视域下知识图谱在医学教育中的构建与应用
Construction and Application of Knowledge Graph in Medical Education from the Perspective of New Medicine
新医科建设作为当代中国教育改革的战略方向,面临传统医学教学中跨学科知识融合困难、标准化教学难以应对学生差异化需求等挑战。知识图谱是数字化教育的热点,也是人工智能技术的重要组成部分。通过知识图谱技术构建创新型医学课程成为未来医学教育的重要方向。因此,系统性分析新医科背景下面临的主要问题,在“脑科学与影像新技术”课程中采用知识图谱技术,从医工结合的角度深度融合多个交叉学科知识点,结合采集式学习方法,帮助学生抓取不同学科核心知识信息;同时以解决临床实际问题为导向,通过归纳疾病“防、诊、治、康”全周期中所涉及的相关知识点,推理疾病演变和诊治特征。教学实践表明,该知识体系不仅可以有效促进学生的发散创新思维和系统思维能力,在提升教学质量以及培养复合型医学人才中发挥了关键作用,为高等院校医学教育改革提供有效借鉴与参考。
The construction of New Medicine, as a strategic direction of education reform in contemporary China, faces challenges such as difficulties in integrating interdisciplinary knowledge within traditional medical education and the inability of standardized teaching to address students’ diverse needs. Knowledge graphs represent a hot topic in digital education and a crucial component of artificial intelligence technology. Constructing innovative medical curricula through knowledge graph technology has become a key direction for future medical education. Therefore, this study systematically analyzes the primary issues encountered under the background of New Medicine. By applying knowledge graph technology in “Brain Science and New Imaging Technologies” course, two objectives were achieved. Firstly, knowledge points from multiple interdisciplinary fields were deeply integrated by medical-engineering convergence and capturing core knowledge information from different disciplines via exploratory learning. Secondly, guided by addressing practical clinical challenges, relevant knowledge points across the entire disease lifecycle were synthesized to deduce disease progression and diagnostic and therapeutic characteristics, including prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation. It was demonstrated that this knowledge framework not only effectively fosters students’ divergent innovation and system thinking abilities but also plays a pivotal role in enhancing teaching quality and cultivating multidisciplinary medical professionals. It provides valuable insights and references for medical education reform in higher education institutions.
