医学研究生劳动价值观影响因素分析
Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Labor Values of Medical Postgraduate Students
目的 深入了解医学研究生劳动价值观现状,探究医学研究生劳动教育影响因素,为推动医学研究生劳动教育发展、培养具有正确劳动价值观的医学研究生提供科学依据。 方法 采用整体抽样的方法,以某医科大学全体研究生为对象,通过线上问卷调查的方法收集数据,采用线性回归分析的统计学方法对医学研究生劳动价值观现状及其影响因素进行研究分析。 结果 6 758例医学研究生劳动价值观的得分均值为(9.36±0.29)分,学校劳动教育(基础性教育与示范性教育)、个人成长环境(家庭环境、课题组环境、辅导员教育管理环境)、个体劳动时长与医学生劳动价值观均表现出显著的正向相关关系(P<0.05),是培养医学研究生劳动价值观的重要影响因素。 结论 医学研究生劳动价值观整体水平较高,学校教育、成长环境与个体劳动时长均与医学研究生劳动价值观具有正向的相关关系,从建立完善劳动教育体系、打造劳动育人环境、搭建劳动活动平台三个方面提出对策与建议,借此为医学研究生劳动教育发展提供参考。
Objective To gain an in-depth understanding of the current status of labor values among medical postgraduates, explore the influencing factors of labor education for medical postgraduates, and provide a scientific basis for promoting the development of labor education for medical postgraduates and cultivating medical postgraduates with correct labor values. Methods A total sampling method was adopted, with all postgraduates from a medical university as the research subjects. Data were collected through an online questionnaire survey, and statistical method of linear regression analysis was used to study and analyze the current status of labor values of medical postgraduates and their influencing factors. Results The mean score of labor values among 6,758 medical postgraduates was (9.36±0.29). School labor education (basic education and exemplary education), personal growth environment (family environment, research group environment, counselor education and management environment), and individual labor duration all showed a significant positive correlation with medical students’ labor values (P<0.05), and these were important influencing factors in shaping medical postgraduates’ labor values. Conclusion The overall level of labor values among medical postgraduates is relatively high. School education, growth environment, and individual labor duration all have a positive correlation with medical postgraduates’ labor values. Countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from three aspects: establishing a sound labor education system, creating a labor-oriented education environment, and building platforms for labor activities, aiming to provide references for the development of labor education for medical postgraduates.
