临床医学研究生职业生涯规划课程实践与思考
Practice and Reflections on Career Planning Course for Clinical Medical Postgraduates
临床医学为典型的长学制专业,职业生涯规划指导不容忽视。结合当前高校生涯课程的开展存在重视程度不够、价值引领缺位、专业融合不足、师资专业化滞后等问题。复旦大学附属华山医院创新性开设了“临床医学生职业生涯规划”课程,课程内容涵盖总论、社会认知、自我探索、职业认知、生涯决策、生涯实施及课程考核七大模块,主要以过程评价和终末评价相结合的方式进行考核。授课团队涉及13位不同领域的资深专家,以大课授课为主,结合课堂讨论、案例分析等形式开展授课。课程以学位基础课的形式面向复旦大学医学院研究生开放,已完成一轮次教学实践。课程的教评分达98.56分,匿名反馈问卷调研显示课程满意度较高、实效性较强,目前课程已入选2025年复旦大学研究生课程思政标杆课程。作为临床医学生生涯教育的创新性探索,充分发挥价值引领、以学生需求为导向、与专业教育协同融合并充实专业师资力量,已取得阶段性成效。课程在拓展职业领域、促进实践融合、增强课堂互动、强化实战指导等方面需进一步完善。
Clinical Medicine is a typical long-term academic program, and career planning is indispensable for students in this field. Currently, the implementation of career courses in higher education institutions faces several challenges, including insufficient emphasis, lack of value guidance, inadequate integration with professional studies, and delays in faculty professionalization. In response to these issues, Huashan Hospital Fudan University innovatively launched the course “Career Planning for Clinical Medical Students”, which contains seven modules including general theory, social cognition, self-exploration, career cognition, career decision-making, career implementation, and course assessment. The evaluation method combines process assessment and final assessment. The teaching team consists of 13 senior experts from various fields, and lectures serve as the main teaching form incorporating classroom discussions and case analysis. Offered as a foundational degree course to postgraduates at Fudan University School of Medicine, the course has completed one round of teaching practice. The course received a teaching score of 98.56, and anonymous feedback from questionnaires indicated strong practical effectiveness. It has been selected as one of Fudan University’s exemplary courses in curriculum ideology and politics for graduate students in 2025. As an innovative exploration in career education for Clinical Medical students, this course has achieved phased results by fully leveraging value guidance, student demand orientation, integration with professional education, and strengthening faculty resources. Further improvements are needed in expanding career fields, promoting practical integration, enhancing classroom interaction, and reinforcing practical guidance.
