医教协同视域下儿科专业型硕士科研实践融入度与个人发展相关性研究
Research on the Integration Degree of Scientific Research Practice and Relevance to Personal Development of Pediatric Master’s Students with Professional Degree from the Perspective of Medical Education Collaboration
目的 探究儿科学专业学位硕士研究生(简称“专硕”)科研能力培养在“双轨合一”模式下的意义。 方法 系统收集2018 — 2024年南京医科大学附属儿童医院毕业儿科学专硕的住培结业考核成绩、就业数据及科研成果,分析其与培养期间科研实践融入度的相关性。 结果 科研实践融入度增加显著提升培养质量。在读期间,科研实践融入度与论文发表量(P<0.001)、课题/专利获批率(趋势P=0.004)及住培结业成绩(理论P=0.015,技能P=0.012)均呈正相关;毕业后显著增强就业竞争力(80.51%认可),并加速职业早期科研成果产出(1年内文章发表P=0.014,课题/专利P=0.039)。 结论 科研能力培养是儿科学专硕可持续发展的关键环节,为优化“临床-科研”协同教育模式提供实证依据,丰富专硕培养内涵建设路径。
Objective To explore the significance of cultivating scientific research capacity for master’s students with professional degree in Pediatrics (referred to as “professional master’s students”) under the “dual-track integration” mode. Methods Data of Pediatric professional master’s students graduated from 2018 to 2024 at Children’s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were systematically collected, including residency completion scores, employment data, and scientific research achievements. The correlation between the data and the degree of integration of scientific research practice during training was analyzed. Results A higher degree of integration of scientific research practice significantly improved training quality. During the program, it was positively correlated with the number of publications (P<0.001), project/patent approval rates (trend P=0.004), and residency completion scores (theory P=0.015, skills P=0.012). After graduation, it significantly enhanced employment competitiveness (recognized by 80.51% of participants) and accelerated early-stage research output (publication within one year: P=0.014; project/patent approval: P=0.039). Conclusion Scientific research training is a critical component of the sustainable development of Pediatric professional master’s education. This study provides empirical evidence to support the optimization of a “clinical-research” integrated training mode and enriches the developmental path for professional degree programs.
