“双轨合一”模式下专业型硕士科研素养培养路径调查分析

“双轨合一”模式下专业型硕士科研素养培养路径调查分析
Investigation and Analysis on the Current Situation of Scientific Research among Postgraduates with Professional Degree in Stomatology from a University in Zhejiang Province
目的 了解口腔医学专硕研究生科研能力现状及影响因素,探索培养策略。 方法 通过问卷星对浙江某高校口腔医学178名专业学位硕士生研究生进行问卷调查,根据年级、科研指导模式进行分类并进行统计学分析。 结果 分析科研能力自评情况显示,不同年级的10项科研能力自评均存在显著性差异(P<0.05),一年级硕士的科研能力自评显著最低,研三学生显著最高;不同科研指导模式下科研实践能力和英语写作能力之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。文章发表情况显示,二年级硕士发表SCI一作文章数量最多,但三年级硕士文章影响因子最高;不同指导模式下文章发表数量和影响因子的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。SCI论文发表受多种因素影响,如阅读文献时长、本科科研经历、论文写作能力等。学生对于不同科研相关课程的需求不同,总体对统计学知识培训的需求最高(71.35%),研一及研二对统计学需求最高,研三对实验仪器及科研相关软件的使用教学需求最高。 结论 高等院校可通过构建级联指导模式,分阶段开设科研培训相关课程,保障学生参与科研的时长,从而提升专硕研究生的科研能力。
Objective To investigate the current status of research capabilities and influencing factors of master students with professional degree in Stomatology, and explore strategies for their development. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted via Wenjuanxing among 178 master students with professional degree in Stomatology at a university in Zhejiang. Participants were categorized based on grade and research guidance modes, and statistical analyses were performed. Results Analysis of self-assessment of research capabilities revealed significant differences among grades in all 10 research capabilities (P<0.05), with the lowest self-assessment in first-year students and the highest in third-year students. Significant differences in research practice and English writing capabilities were observed under different research guidance models (P<0.05). Regarding publications, second-year students had the highest number of first-authored SCI articles, while third-year students had the highest impact factors. No significant differences were found in the number of publications or impact factors among different guidance models (P>0.05). SCI publication was influenced by multiple factors, including time spent reading literature, undergraduate research experience, and writing skills. Students had varying demands for different research-related courses, with the highest overall demand for statistical training (71.35%), particularly among first- and second-year students. Third-year students had the highest demand for training in experimental instruments and research-related software. Conclusion Higher education institutions can enhance the research capabilities of master students with professional degree by establishing collaborative guidance modes, offering research training courses in different stages, and ensuring adequate research participation time for students.
