全方位育人体系助推“卫生微生物学”课程思政建设
Advancing the Construction of Curriculum Ideology and Politics in “Sanitary Microbiology” Course through the Comprehensive Education System
为落实立德树人根本任务,强化预防医学教育使命并实现知识传递、能力培养、价值塑造的有机统一,构建了以“一核三阶五维”为主体的“全方位”课程思政育人体系,即以培养德才兼备的社会主义事业建设者和接班人为核心目标(简称“一核”),从初级(认知构建)、中级(能力提升)、高级(实践创新)递进式三阶段分别围绕知识体系、能力素养、情感态度、价值观念和实践创新五个维度展开系统化设计,形成具有“卫生微生物学”特色的课程思政实施方案。同时创建了“双主体-全要素-多维度”的课程思政评价机制,推动师生共同参与、双向互动。旨在助力预防医学教育突破“器”的局限,升华为塑造“健康中国守护者”的价值熔炉。
To implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue and nurturing talent, strengthen the mission of preventive medical education, and achieve the organic integration of knowledge transmission, ability development and value cultivation, this study has constructed a “comprehensive” education system of curriculum ideology and politics. Centered on the framework with “one core, three steps, and five dimensions”, namely taking the cultivation of socialist builders and successors with both virtue and talent (“one core”) as its central objective, this study implements systematic design in five dimensions including knowledge system, ability and accomplishment, emotional attitude, value and concept, as well as practical innovation from the primary (congnitive construction), intermediate (ability improvement), and advanced (practical innovation) stages, and establishes the implementation strategy of curriculum ideology and politics with the characters of Sanitary Microbiology. Meanwhile, a “dual-subject, all-element, multi-dimensional” evaluation mechanism is established, promoting the joint participation and bidirectional interaction between teachers and students, so as to help preventive medical education transcend mere technical “tools” status, and transform it into a value melting pot for shaping “Guardians of Healthy China”.
