中医院校“医学细胞生物学”SPOC混合式教学实践与反思
Practice and Reflection of Blended Teaching with SPOC in “Medical Cell Biology” in TCM Colleges and Universities
随着信息技术的快速发展和教育理念的不断更新,混合式教学模式在医学教育中得到了广泛应用。依托“超星泛雅”平台,面向中西医临床医学专业,构建了“医学细胞生物学”小规模限制性在线课程(Small Private Online Course,SPOC),特别注重融入临床实例和课程思政元素,建立了线上线下混合式教学模式。该模式强调师生互动和深度思考,并精心设置了课后练习题和思考题。以中西医临床医学专业大一学生为实验对象,随机设置实验组和对照组,分别实施基于SPOC的混合式教学模式和传统线下教学模式。通过课程成绩、问卷调查、访谈等多种方式收集数据,对教学模式的应用效果进行评估。结果表明,该模式能够有效提升实验组学生的学习效果、增强学习兴趣与专业认同感、促进互动交流。该模式将为同类院校的“医学细胞生物学”教学提供参考。
With the rapid development of information technology and continuous innovation in educational concepts, the blended teaching mode has gained widespread application in medical education. Based on “Chaoxing Fanya” platform, this study developed a Small Private Online Course (SPOC) for Medical Cell Biology targeting students majoring in Clinical Medicine of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine. Particular emphasis was placed on the addition of clinical case studies and ideological-political education elements, establishing an online-offline blended teaching framework. This mode promoted teacher-student interaction and deep thinking, incorporating carefully designed post-class exercises and thought-provoking questions. Freshmen majoring in Clinical Medicine of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were randomly assigned to the experimental class implementing the SPOC-based blended approach and the control class maintaining traditional offline instruction. Data were collected through multiple methods including course grades, questionnaires, and interviews to evaluate the effectiveness of the teaching mode. Results demonstrate that the experimental approach significantly enhanced learning outcomes for students in the experimental class, enhanced their learning motivation and professional identity, and promoted interactive communication. This blended learning approach will serve as a valuable reference for “Medical Cell Biology” instruction in similar institutions of higher education.
