“新医科”背景下医工融合双创人才培养优化实践

“新医科”背景下医工融合双创人才培养优化实践
Optimized Practices for Cultivating Double Innovation Talents through Medical-Engineering Integration under the Background of New Medicine
在“新医科”建设背景下,创新型复合医学人才的培养已成为推动医疗现代化转型的核心议题。当前医学教育模式存在跨学科融合不足、实践创新乏力等问题,亟须探索医工融合教育的深化路径。如何通过强化医工融合教育,实现医学教育与理工科教育的破壁融合,可促进“传统型”向“复合型”医学人才的有效转化,是该文讨论的核心议题。基于医学教育的新特点和时代需求,深入分析了当前高校在医工融合教育实践中的现状与难题,并提出了“五元一体化”人才培养模式改革方案,即通过“思、学、研、创、赛”五个维度,构建适应创新创业(双创)要求的医学人才培养体系,推动医学教育改革和课程设计的重构与优化,推动跨学科融合,培养契合时代需求的创新复合型医学人才。
Under the background of the construction of “New Medicine”, the cultivation of innovative and compound medical talents has become the core issue for promoting the modern transformation of healthcare. Problems such as insufficient interdisciplinary integration and weak practical innovation capabilities exist in the current medical education mode. There is an urgent need to explore the deepening path of the integration of medical and engineering education. How to achieve the breakthrough and integration of medical education and science and engineering education by strengthening the integration of medical and engineering education, and effectively transform “traditional” medical talents into “compound” medical talents is the core issue discussed in this article. Based on the new characteristics of medical education and the needs of the times, this article deeply analyzes the current situation and challenges of universities in the practice of integrating medical and engineering education. It also proposes a reform plan for the “five-element integration” talent cultivation mode, that is, through the five dimensions of “ideological cultivation, learning, research, innovation, and competition”, a medical talent cultivation system that meets the requirements of innovation and entrepreneurship (double innovation) is constructed. It will promote the reconstruction and optimization of medical education reform and curriculum design, boost interdisciplinary integration, and cultivate innovative and compound medical talents that meet the needs of the times.
