早临床早科研在中外合作办学整合医学模式中的应用
Application of Early Clinical Exposure and Early Research in the Integrated Medical Mode of Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education
随着全球化进程深入,中外合作办学已成为推动中国高等医学教育改革的关键驱动力。聚焦中外合作办学背景下整合医学模式中“早临床早科研”策略的实施成效,以重庆医科大学与英国莱斯特大学合作项目为案例。该项目构建了以器官系统为中心的整合模块课程体系,通过“早临床”设计(VECE课程)和“早科研”举措实现“基础-临床-科研”早期贯通。项目形成了创新教学方法与多元化师资配置的双轮驱动机制,采用“Lecture+Group Work”教学模式,实施精细化导师制(Personal Tutor System)。问卷调查(n=73)显示,学生高度认可该策略(82.19%),并对实验操作能力(80.82%)和创新思维(75.34%)培养提出需求,同时揭示了资源不足(76.71%)、导师指导缺乏(60.27%)的挑战。据此,提出了动态调整科研与临床教学比例、建立三重师资支持体系、推行本科生科研基金、深化国际合作,为中外合作办学整合医学模式提供了可推广的优化范式。研究结果不仅为深化医学教育改革提供了实证依据,也为培养具有国际视野和创新能力的高素质医学人才提供了可借鉴的经验。
With the deepening of globalization, sino-foreign cooperative education has become a key driver for higher medical education reform in China. This study focuses on the implementation effectiveness of “early clinical exposure and early research” strategies within the integrated medical mode in the sino-foreign cooperative education context, using the collaboration between Chongqing Medical University and the University of Leicester as a case study. This program has established an organ system-centered integrated modular curriculum system, achieving early integration of “basic sciences, clinical medicine, and scientific research” through “early clinical exposure” initiatives (such as the VECE course) and “early research” measures. The program has formed a dual-drive mechanism of innovative teaching methods and diversified faculty configuration, adopting a “Lecture+Group Work” teaching mode and implementing a refined Personal Tutor System. According to questionnaire surveys (n=73), students highly endorsed this strategy (82.19%), and expressed clear demands for experimental operation skills (80.82%) and innovative thinking cultivation (75.34%). Meanwhile, the survey revealed challenges including insufficient resources (76.71%) and inadequate mentor guidance (60.27%). Based on these findings, the study proposed measures including dynamic adjustment of research and clinical teaching proportions, establishment of a triple faculty support system, implementation of undergraduate research funding, and deepening international cooperation, providing a scalable optimization paradigm for integrated medical models in sino-foreign cooperative education. The results not only provide empirical evidence for deepening medical education reform but also offer valuable experience for cultivating high-quality medical talent with international perspectives and innovative capabilities.
