临床医学中外合作办学项目办学效果评价体系探索
Exploration of Evaluation System for Educational Effectiveness of Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education Program in Clinical Medicine
临床医学(中外合作办学)专业肩负着培养具有国际化视野的高层次医学人才的重要使命,其办学效果评价体系对保障项目质量具有决定性作用。基于新医科建设内涵与教育对外开放政策导向,系统阐述了临床医学中外合作办学项目人才培养的新要求。通过对现有三大评价指标体系的深入分析,结合利益相关者理论,构建了适用于临床医学中外合作办学的办学效果评价理论框架。
The specialty of Clinical Medicine (sino-foreign cooperative education) holds the significant mission of cultivating high-level medical professionals with an international perspective. The evaluation system for its educational effectiveness plays a decisive role in ensuring the quality of the program. Based on the connotation of the construction of New Medicine and the policy orientation of educational openness, this study systematically expounds the new requirements for talent cultivation in Clinical Medicine in the context of sino-foreign cooperative education program. Through in-depth analysis of the existing three major evaluation index systems, combined with the theory of stakeholders, a theoretical framework for evaluating the educational effectiveness of sino-foreign cooperative education in Clinical Medicine was constructed.
