基于多维度个性化学习路径的高层次医学人才培养策略研究
Research on the Strategies for Cultivating High-Level Medical Talents Based on Multidimensional Personalized Learning Path
随着医学教育对人才培养精准化、个性化及科学化需求的不断提升,高层次医学人才培养面临复杂的挑战。基于成人学习理论、多元智能理论及现代教育技术,系统设计了多维度模块化课程体系,涵盖临床技能、科研创新、沟通领导及心理素质四大核心模块。构建了科学合理的个性化学习路径及动态调控机制,依托全面的初始评估、多层次反馈及人工智能技术(Artificial Intelligence, AI)辅助,实现学员能力基础、兴趣特长与发展目标的精准匹配与动态优化。针对培养效果,设计了覆盖知识掌握、技能操作、科研能力、沟通协调和心理素质的多维综合评价体系,结合定量与定性评价,支持教学过程的监控和持续改进。该策略旨在有效促进学员优势发挥与短板补足,提升自主学习与反思能力,助力应对未来复杂多变的医疗环境。未来需加强评估工具科学性、AI辅助技术应用及跨学科融合,开展多中心长期研究,以促进更高质量个性化医学人才培养。
With the improvement of precise, personalizd, and scientific demend of medical education for talents, the cultivation of high-level medical talents faces complex challenges. Based on adult learning theories, multiple intelligences theory, and modern educational technology, this study systematically designs a multidimensional modular curriculum system covering four core modules: clinical skills, scientific research innovation, communication and leadership, and psychological quality. A scientifically sound personalized learning path and dynamic adjustment mechanism are constructed, relying on comprehensive initial assessments, multi-level feedback, and artificial intelligence assistance to achieve precise matching and dynamic optimization of learners’ abilities, interests, and development goals. To evaluate training outcomes, a multidimensional comprehensive evaluation system is designed, encompassing knowledge mastery, skill operation, scientific research ability, communication and coordination, and psychological quality, integrating quantitative and qualitative assessments to support monitoring and continuous improvement of the teaching process. This strategy aims to effectively promote learners’ strengths and address weaknesses, enhance autonomous learning and reflective abilities, and help cope with the increasingly complex and changing medical environment. Future efforts should be focused on improving the scientific validity of assessment tools, applying intelligent assistance technologies, and fostering interdisciplinary integration, while conducting multicenter long-term studies to advance personalized medical talent training toward higher quality and greater efficiency.
