儿科护理硕士临床师资核心能力测评问卷分析及初步应用

儿科护理硕士临床师资核心能力测评问卷分析及初步应用
Analysis and Preliminary Application of the Core Competency Assessment Questionnaire for Clinical Faculty in Master of Pediatric Nursing
目的 研制儿科护理硕士专业学位研究生临床师资核心能力测评问卷,并检验其信效度;通过实践应用,调查临床师资核心能力现状及影响因素。 方法 以核心能力素质模型为理论基础,采用德尔菲法构建儿科护理硕士专业学位研究生临床师资核心能力评价指标,编制自评问卷。选取全国435名儿科护理临床师资进行问卷信效度检验;随后在重庆市某三级甲等儿童专科医院对500名儿科护理硕士专业学位研究生临床师资进行正式调查,分析其核心能力现状及影响因素。 结果 问卷经检验显示具有良好的信效度,验证性因子分析结果显示各项拟合指数表现优异。调查显示“学历背景、专业技术职称等级、临床工作与教学年限、指导研究生情况和近3年发表论文经历”是影响儿科护理硕士专业学位研究生临床师资核心能力的关键因素。 结论 问卷信效度良好,可作为评价儿科护理硕士专业学位研究生临床师资核心能力水平的有效工具,识别出的影响因素为临床师资选拔和培养提供重要参考,进而促进儿科护理硕士专业学位研究生临床师资队伍建设。
Objective To prepare a questionnaire for assessing the core competencies of clinical faculty members in the programs of Master of Pediatric Nursing with professional degree, evaluate its reliability and validity, and investigate the current status of these competencies and their influencing factors through practical application. Methods Based on the core competency model as the theoretical foundation, Delphi method was employed to construct evaluation indicators for the core competencies of clinical faculty members in the programs of Master of Pediatric Nursing with professional degree. A self-assessment questionnaire was developed based on these indicators. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 435 Pediatric Nursing clinical instructors nationwide to validate the questionnaire’s reliability and validity. Subsequently, a formal survey was administered to 500 clinical instructors with professional degree of Master of Pediatric Nursing at a tertiary-level children’s specialty hospital in Chongqing, analyzing their current core competency status and influencing factors. Results The questionnaire demonstrated good reliability and validity upon testing, with confirmatory factor analysis yielding excellent fit indices. The survey revealed that “educational background, professional technical title level, years of clinical and teaching experience, supervision of graduate students, and publication history in the past three years” are key factors influencing the core competencies of clinical faculty in pediatric nursing master’s programs. Conclusion The questionnaire demonstrated good reliability and validity, serving as an effective tool for evaluating the core competency levels of clinical faculty members in the programs of Master of Pediatric Nursing with professional degree. The identified influencing factors can serve as important reference criteria for the selection and training of clinical faculty, thereby promoting the development of the clinical faculty team for Master of Pediatric Nursing with professional degree.
