预防医学专业两种毕业实习模式效果比较及学生满意度调查
A Comparative Study on the Effectiveness of Two Graduation Internship Modes and Students’ Satisfaction in Preventive Medicine
目的 旨在比较某高校预防医学专业两种毕业实习模式的效果,并调查学生对不同实习模式、不同种类实习基地的满意度。 方法 以2022 — 2025届预防医学专业本科毕业生为研究对象,通过问卷调查收集数据。 结果 校外实习模式下学生的就业比例为42.3%,显著高于校内教研室模式的27.2%;而校内教研室模式的升学比例为66.9%,高于校外实习模式的48.8%(χ²=11.041,P=0.004)。学生对两种实习模式的满意度总体较高,校外实习模式在实习组织管理总体评价上得分高于校内教研室模式(t=2.035,P=0.043),校内教研室模式在学习氛围(t'=3.128,P=0.002)和学术氛围(t'=3.789,P=0.001)的满意度得分高于校外实习模式,且不同年级毕业生对毕业实习满意度的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在能力提升效果方面,校内教研室模式下学生的专业知识水平(t=2.804,P=0.005)等提升效果显著,而校外实习模式学生的实践操作能力(t'=3.253,P=0.001)提升效果更显著。 结论 两种实习模式各有优势,高校可根据自身实际情况优化实习模式。
Objective To compare the effectiveness of two graduation internship modes for Preventive Medicine major in a university and investigate students’ satisfaction with different internship modes and different types of internship bases. Methods Undergraduate graduates majoring in Preventive Medicine from the 2022 to 2025 cohorts were taken as the research objects, and data were collected through a questionnaire survey. Results The employment rate of students under the off-campus internship mode was 42.3%, significantly higher than that of students under the on-campus teaching and research office mode, which was 27.2%. In contrast, the further study rate under the on-campus teaching and research office mode was 66.9%, higher than that under the off-campus internship mode, which was 48.8% (χ²=11.041, P=0.004). Students’ satisfaction with both internship modes was generally high. The off-campus internship mode scored higher in the overall evaluation of internship organization and management than the on-campus teaching and research office mode (t=2.035, P=0.043). Meanwhile, the on-campus teaching and research office mode obtained higher satisfaction scores in terms of learning atmosphere (t'=3.128, P=0.002) and academic atmosphere (t'=3.789, P=0.001) compared with the off-campus internship mode. There were no statistically significant differences in graduation internship satisfaction among graduates of different cohorts (P>0.05). In terms of the effect of ability improvement, students under the on-campus teaching and research office mode showed a significant improvement in professional knowledge level (t=2.804, P=0.005) and other aspects, while students under the off-campus internship mode had a more significant improvement in practical operation ability (t'=3.253, P=0.001). Conclusion The two internship modes have their own advantages, and universities can optimize the internship modes according to their actual conditions.
