学科竞赛和科研项目驱动下医学留学生人才培养模式探索
Research on the Training Mode of International Medical Students Driven by Academic Competition and Scientific Research Project
在全球化深入发展与医学教育国际化加速推进的背景下,中国提出构建高质量来华留学教育体系。传统医学留学生培养模式在创新能力与科研素养培育方面存在不足,难以满足新时代对国际化医学人才的需求。因此,探索新型培养模式成为医学教育改革的重要方向。聚焦基于学科竞赛和科研项目驱动的医学留学生人才培养模式,系统阐释其核心内涵与设计思路,并从管理体系、服务体系、导师培育体系及学生评价体系四个维度深入剖析该模式的运行机制。结果表明,该模式有利于大学生实践能力和创新能力的培养,提升学生对留学期间学习收获的认知与评价,为医学教育国际化的创新发展提供借鉴。
Against the backdrop of the in-depth development of globalization and the accelerated advancement of internationalization in medical education, China has proposed the construction of a high-quality education system for international students studying in China. Currently, the traditional training mode of international medical students has deficiencies in cultivating innovative capabilities and scientific research literacy, making it difficult to meet the demand for international medical talents in the new era. Exploring new training models has thus become a key direction for the reform of medical education. In this context, this study focuses on the innovative talent training mode of international medical students driven by academic competitions and scientific research projects. It systematically elaborates on the core connotation and design ideas of this mode, and deeply analyzes its operational mechanism from four dimensions including management system, service system, tutor training system, and student evaluation system. The research results indicate that this mode is conducive to the cultivation of practical and innovative abilities in college students, enhances students’ cognition and evaluation of their learning achievements during their study abroad, and provides references for the innovative development of medical education internationalization.
