新版执业药师资格考试大纲下“药物化学”教学改革探索

新版执业药师资格考试大纲下“药物化学”教学改革探索
Teaching Exploration of “Medicinal Chemistry” Based on the New Version of the Outline of Licensed Pharmacist Qualification Examination
目的 探索新版执业药师资格考试大纲背景下的“药物化学”教学改革。 方法 从以国家执业药师资格考试为引领,融合执业药师理念于课程教学的始终、优化教学设计,灵活运用多种教学方法,特别注重案例教学法的运用、深化校企合作,构建培养“双师型”教师队伍三个方面提出对“药物化学”课程教学改革的探索。 结果 有95.2%的学生对“药物化学”课程改革满意。用人单位对涉药专业毕业生的整体满意度为87.8%。实行教学改革后学生执业药师资格考试《药学专业知识(一)》通过率提高了4.8%,一次性全科通过率提高了3.2%。 结论 基于新版执业药师资格考试大纲改革的“药物化学”课程教学探索获得了成功。教学要主动顺应《国家执业药师职业资格考试大纲》的新变化,及时调整“药物化学”课程教学大纲和教学模式,提高教学质量。
Objective To explore the teaching reform of “Medicinal Chemistry” under the background of the new version of the outline of Licensed Pharmacist Qualification Examination. Methods The exploration of the teaching reform of “Medicinal Chemistry” was proposed from three aspects. First, guided by the Licensed Pharmacist Qualification Examination, the teaching reform of “Medicinal Chemistry” integrated the concept of licensed pharmacist during the entire teaching process. Second, the teaching design was optimized by flexibly using several teaching methods, with attention paid to the application of case-based learning. Finally, the cooperation between schools and enterprises was deepened, and the team of “double-qualified” teachers was established and cultivated. Results 95.2% of the students were satisfied with the reform of “Medicinal Chemistry”. The overall satisfaction rate of employers for graduates of Pharmacy-related majors was 87.8%. After the implementation of the teaching reform, the pass rate of “pharmaceutical professional knowledge I” of the Licensed Pharmacist Qualification Examination increased by 4.8%, and the one-time pass rate of all subjects increased by 3.2%. Conclusion The teaching reform of “Medicinal Chemistry” based on the new version of the outline of Licensed Pharmacist Qualification Examination has achieved success. The teaching of this course should actively adapt to the new changes in the outline of Licensed Pharmacist Qualification Examination, timely adjust the teaching syllabus and teaching mode, and improve the teaching quality.
