AI辅助+虚拟仿真混合教学影响学生流行病学成绩因素分析
Analysis of the Factors Affecting Students’ Epidemiology Performance in AI-Assisted+Virtual Simulation Blended Teaching
目的 评估混合式教学结合虚拟仿真与AI辅助在流行病学教学中的应用效果。 方法 以2021级预防医学专业1~2班110名学生为对象,采用“线上雨课堂+线下课堂+虚拟仿真实验+AI辅助”模式,通过雨课堂和超星泛雅系统收集数据,用SPSS 28.0行统计分析。 结果 期末总成绩平均(79.49±8.81)分,近似正态分布,60分以下占2.72%;1班与2班期末成绩无差异(P=0.084),1班平时成绩高于2班(P=0.028);男女生成绩无差异(P>0.05);高参与度学生平时成绩高于低参与度(P=0.049),期末成绩无差异(P=0.735)。考试用时与期末成绩负相关(r=-0.319,P<0.001),观看页数与平时成绩正相关(r=0.245,P=0.010)。多元线性回归分析显示性别、班级、考试用时对期末成绩有负向影响。基础概念题得分率高,实践应用题低。 结论 该模式效果良好,但学生实践能力需加强,应优化教学提升质量。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of blended teaching combined with virtual simulation and artificial intelligence (AI) assistance in Epidemiology teaching. Methods A total of 110 students from class one and two majoring in Preventive Medicine in the class of 2021 were selected as the subjects. The “online Yuketang + offline classroom + virtual simulation experiment + AI assistance” mode was adopted. Data were collected through Yuketang and Chaoxing Fanya systems, and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 28.0. Results The average final total score was 79.49±8.81, approximately following a normal distribution, with 2.72% scoring below 60. There was no difference in final scores between class 1 and class 2 (P=0.084), while class 1 had higher usual scores than class 2 (P=0.028). No gender difference was found in scores (P>0.05). Students with high participation had higher usual scores than those with low participation (P=0.049), but no difference was found in final scores (P=0.735). Exam time was negatively correlated with final scores (r=-0.319, P<0.001), and number of pages viewed was positively correlated with usual scores (r=0.245, P=0.010). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender, class, and exam time had negative effects on final scores. Basic concept questions had a higher score rate, while practical application questions had a lower one. Conclusion This mode has a good effect, but students’ practical ability needs to be strengthened, and teaching should be optimized to improve quality.
