生殖医学临床教学中SPOC与翻转课堂的实践效果分析
Analysis of the Practical Effects of SPOC and Flipped Classroom in Clinical Teaching of Reproductive Medicine
目的 探讨基于小规模限制性在线课程(Small Private Online Course,SPOC)翻转课堂模式在生殖医学实习教学中的应用,并通过多维度评价验证其教学效果。 方法 采用整群随机对照试验设计,纳入2020年1月— 2024年12月在苏州大学附属第二医院生殖中心实习的临床专业实习医生123名为研究对象,通过随机数字表分为实验组(n=61)和对照组(n=62)。实验组中采用SPOC 及翻转课堂模式结合视频反馈三阶教学,对照组中采用传统讲座式授课教学模式。通过比较两组实习生出科考核成绩、自评结果及教学满意度测评结果。 结果 实验组实习医生的出科考核成绩均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组实习生在满意度评价的比例均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 SPOC+翻转课堂模式通过教学闭环,能显著提高实习医生的临床思维能力、自学能力、沟通能力,为生殖医学临床教学模式改革提供实证依据,效果显著。
Objective To explore the application of the Flipped Classroom mode based on Small Private Online Courses (SPOC) in Reproductive Medicine internship teaching, and verify its teaching effectiveness through multidimensional evaluation. Methods Adopting a cluster randomized controlled trial design, 123 clinical interns from the Reproductive Center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from January 2020 to December 2024 were randomly divided into the the experimental group (n=61) and the control group (n=62). SPOC + Flipped Classroom mode with video feedback was used In the experimental group, while the traditional teaching mode was used in the control group. The discharge assessment results, self-assessment results and teaching satisfaction assessment results of interns in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The discharge assessment scores of interns in the experimental group were all significantly better than those of the control group, and the differences were all statistically significant (P<0.05). The percentages of interns in the experimental group in the satisfaction evaluation were all significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The SPOC + Flipped Classroom mode can significantly improve clinical thinking ability, self-learning ability, and communication ability of interns through a closed-loop teaching approach, providing empirical evidence for the reform of clinical teaching mode in Reproductive Medicine and achieving significant results.
