数智融合驱动医学本科生科研能力培养模式初探
A Preliminary Exploration of A Training Mode for Cultivating Research Capabilities of Medical Undergraduates Driven by Digital Intelligence Integration
数智赋能助力医学本科生科研能力的培养,是符合新时代医学教育革新趋势的重要举措。总结分析以“资源数字化、训练智能化、评价个性化”为核心的三维能力培养模式,通过建设智慧课程与数字培训群、智能挖掘医疗大数据,构建科研启蒙的“数字基石”;依托虚拟仿真及远程平台和发展数智科研融合技术,构建科研实践的“智能引擎”;借助AI辅助的个性化写作和搭建多元化智能培养体系,实现科研能力的“精准赋能”,形成数智驱动的全链条培养生态,旨在为医学本科生教育提供新的理论支持和实践指导,切实促进医学本科生的科研素质提升。
To enhance the cultivation of medical undergraduates’ research capabilities empowered by digital intelligence is a significant initiative aligned with the trend of modern medical education reform. This paper summarizes a three-dimensional training mode centered on “digital resources, intelligent training, and personalized evaluation”. It involves building a “digital foundation” through establishing smart courses and data training group and intelligent mining of medical big data, constructing the “intelligent engine” of research practice via virtual simulation and remote platform and developing digital intelligence and research integrated technologies, realizing the “precise empowerment” of research capabilities through AI-assisted personalized writing and constructing diversified intelligent training system, and finally forming an entire training ecosystem driven by digital intelligence. The study aims to provide new theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the research capabilities of medical undergraduate education, and promote the research literacy of medical undergraduates.
