产教融合模式在听力与言语康复学人才培养中的应用探索

产教融合模式在听力与言语康复学人才培养中的应用探索
Exploration and Practice of the Industry-Education Integration Mode in Talent Cultivation in Audiology and Speech-Language Rehabilitation Science
针对目前听力与言语康复学教育中“思政教育融入不深”“实践经验匮乏”“创新创业及科研成果转化与市场应用能力有待进一步加强”等挑战,听力与言语康复学人才培养秉承“德育为先、学生中心、产教融合、持续改进”的教学理念,将立德树人、课程思政贯穿整个教学过程。开展贴合听力与言语康复学的医学人文教育,校企合作协同育人及共建实体实践基地,以市场需求为导向的产学研深度融合三位一体的教学创新,为培养听力与言语康复学创新创业人才提供参考。
Addressing the current challenges in Audiology and Speech-Language Rehabilitation Science education, such as “the superficial integration of ideological and political education”, “lack of practical experience”, and “the need to further strengthen the ability to transform scientific research outcomes into market applications”, talent cultivation in this field adheres to the teaching philosophy of “putting moral education in the first place, concentration on students, industry-education integration, and continuous improvement”. This approach integrates moral education and ideological and political elements throughout the entire teaching process. It implements a three-in-one teaching innovations integrating medical humanities education tailored to audiology and speech-language pathology, school-enterprise cooperation for collaborative education and the joint construction of practical training bases, and industry-academia-research deep integration oriented by market demands. This provides references for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Audiology and Speech-Language Rehabilitation Science.
