双轨合一模式下临床医学专业硕士科研能力薄弱成因与对策
The Causes and Countermeasures of Weak Scientific Research Capacity in Clinical Medicine Masters with the Professional Degree under the Dual-Track Integration Mode
在“双轨合一”模式全面实施的背景下,临床医学专业学位硕士研究生(临床专硕)在临床胜任能力方面显著提升,但科研训练因时间受限、资源不足与培养体系衔接不完善而普遍薄弱,表现为科研思维不成熟、研究方法掌握不牢、课题设计深度不足及科研成果质量不高。从科研时间被临床任务挤占这一核心矛盾出发,该文分析了课程体系偏理论化、导师指导结构性不足、科研任务碎片化以及科研支持系统不健全等深层原因,并结合中国最新教育实践,以及团队在临床专硕培养过程中的实践经验,总结了科研时间保障机制构建、双导师协同指导体系完善、科研课程分层递进优化、采集式教学与无界课堂等创新科研训练模式,以及科学考核激励体系等有效路径。通过系统改革科研训练模式,强化时间统筹与实践支撑,可为提升临床专硕科研能力、促进临床与科研融合发展提供可行思路与实践参考。
Against the backdrop of the nationwide implementation of the “dual-track integration” mode, the clinical competency of master students majoring in Clinical Medicine with the professional degree has markedly improved. However, their research training remains generally weak due to limited time, insufficient resources, and inadequate alignment within the training system. These shortcomings manifest as immature research thinking, poor mastery of research methods, insufficient depth in study design, and low-quality research outputs. Centering on the core contradiction that research time is largely consumed by intensive clinical duties, this review analyzes deeper structural causes, including overly theoretical curricula, insufficiently structured supervisory mechanisms, fragmented research tasks, and underdeveloped research support systems. Drawing on both recent educational practices in China and our team’s practical experience in training clinical master students with the professional degree, this paper outlines effective strategies such as establishing protected research time mechanisms, strengthening dual-mentor collaborative guidance, optimizing tiered research curricula, implementing innovative training modes such as data-collection-driven teaching and boundaryless classrooms, and improving assessment and incentive systems. Through systematic reform of the scientific research training mode and reinforcement of time management and practical support, these approaches provide feasible pathways to enhance the scientific research capacity of Clinical Medicine masters with the professional degree and promote the integrated development of clinical practice and scientific research.
