学业自我效能感在中医学生专业认同与学习动机间的中介作用
The Mediating Role of Academic Self-Efficacy between Professional Identity and Learning Motivation of TCM Students
目的 探讨中医学生的专业认同、学业自我效能感、学习动机关系,为有效提高中医学生学习效果,提升人才培养质量提供科学依据。 方法 选取北京中医药大学634名中医学生作为研究对象。运用专业认同问卷、学业自我效能感问卷以及学习动机量表展开问卷调查,并运用相关性分析、中介效应检验等方法对数据进行分析。 结果 共回收有效问卷578份,有效率为91.17%。中医学生专业认同得分为(3.98±0.68)分,学业自我效能感得分为(3.64±0.78)分,学习动机得分为(3.92±0.59)分。中医学生专业认同与学习动机呈正相关(r=0.673,P<0.01);学业自我效能感与学习动机呈正相关(r=0.691,P<0.01);专业认同与学业自我效能感呈正相关(r=0.775,P<0.01)。学业自我效能感在专业认同与学习动机间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的48.63%。 结论 中医学生的学业自我效能感在其专业认同与学习动机之间具有中介效应。高校在教育教学过程中应从多方面着手提升中医学生的专业认同,增强学业自我效能感,进一步促进其学习的内在驱动力以提高学习效果。
Objective To explore the relationship of professional identity, academic self-efficacy, and learning motivation among traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) students, in order to provide a scientific basis for effectively improving their learning outcomes and enhancing the quality of talent cultivation. Methods A total of 634 TCM students from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the research subjects. A questionnaire survey was conducted by using professional identity questionnaire, academic self-efficacy questionnaire, and learning motivation scale, and data were analyzed by using methods such as correlation analysis and mediation effect test. Results A total of 578 valid questionnaires were collected, with an effective rate of 91.17%. The professional identity score of TCM students is (3.98±0.68), the academic self-efficacy score is (3.64±0.78), and the learning motivation score is (3.92±0.59). The professional identity of TCM students is positively correlated with their learning motivation (r=0.673, P<0.01); Academic self-efficacy is positively correlated with learning motivation (r=0.691, P<0.01); Professional identity is positively correlated with academic self-efficacy (r=0.775, P<0.01). Academic self-efficacy partially mediates the relationship between professional identity and learning motivation, accounting for 48.63% of the total effect. Conclusion The academic self-efficacy of TCM students plays a mediating role between their professional identity and learning motivation. In the process of education and teaching, colleges and universities should start from multiple aspects to enhance the professional identity of TCM students, strengthen their academic self-efficacy, and further promote their intrinsic driving force for learning to improve learning outcomes.
