新医科背景下人工智能+虚拟仿真在法医病理学教学中的应用
Application of Artificial Intelligence+Virtual Simulation in Forensic Pathology Teaching under the Background of New Medicine
新医科建设强调医工交叉、融合创新与卓越能力培养。内蒙古医科大学探索在法医病理学教学中融合人工智能(Artificial intelligence,AI)与虚拟仿真(Virtual Reality,VR)技术的创新应用模式。通过建设智慧课程、构建高保真虚拟解剖环境、开展AI辅助案例分析与诊断、实施智能反馈与个性化学习路径等手段,有效解决了法医病理学传统教学中尸体资源稀缺、高风险操作受限、真实案例获取困难以及学生理论联系实践应用困难等瓶颈问题。实践证明,“AI+VR”教学模式能够提升学生的自主学习能力、诊断思维和实践技能,是推动法医病理学教学向智能化、精准化、安全化方向转型的关键路径。
The construction of New Medicine emphasizes the interdiscipline and integration of medicine and engineering, as well as the cultivation of outstanding capabilities. Inner Mongolia Medical University has explored the innovative application mode of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and virtual reality (VR) technologies into Forensic Pathology teaching. By establishing smart courses, constructing high-fidelity virtual dissection environments, using AI to assist in case analysis and diagnosis, and providing intelligent feedback and personalized learning paths, it has effectively addressed the bottlenecks in traditional Forensic Pathology teaching, such as the scarcity of cadaver resources, restrictions on high-risk operations, difficulties in obtaining real cases, and students’ challenges in applying theory to practice. Practice has shown that the “AI+VR” teaching mode can enhance students’ autonomous learning ability, diagnostic thinking, and practical skills, and is a key path to transform Forensic Pathology teaching towards intelligence, precision, and safety.
