“大医精诚”融入思政育人的内在逻辑与实践路径
Internal Logic and Practical Path of Integrating “Great Physicians with Skills and Sincerity” into Cultivating Talents through Ideological and Political Education
“大医精诚”作为传统医德的核心价值,与思政课“立德树人”的根本任务具有内在契合性。二者在道德培育和文化传承等方面具有一致性,其伦理内涵可通过当代性重构实现与“立德树人”的价值耦合。在实践层面,“大医精诚”融入思政课有助于创新医学人文教育的育人路径,应对医学教育人文精神弱化的挑战。基于此,提出以下实践路径:在课程内容上,挖掘“大医精诚”文化内涵并融入思政体系;在教学方法上,采用多元教学方法,提升思政教育实效;在师资建设上,加强教师中医药文化素养培训;在实践教学上,构建校内外协同育人平台,强化价值体验与文化认同;在评价机制上,建立科学考核体系检验实际效果。最终实现“大医精诚”精神的有效转化,助力医学人才培养质量提升。
As the core value of traditional medical ethics, “great physicians with skills and sincerity” is inherently consistent with the fundamental task of “fostering virtue through education” in ideological and political courses. The two share coherence in aspects such as moral cultivation and cultural inheritance, and their ethical connotations can achieve value alignment with “fostering virtue through education” through contemporary reconstruction. At the practical level, the integration of “great physicians with skills and sincerity” into ideological and political courses is conducive to innovating the educational approaches of medical humanities education and addressing the challenge of the weakening of humanistic spirit in medical education. On this basis, the following practical paths are proposed: in terms of curriculum content, the cultural connotations of “great physicians with skills and sincerity” need to be explored and integrated into the ideological and political system; in terms of teaching methods, a diverse range of teaching approaches should be adopted to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education; in terms of teachers’ development, the training of teachers’ literacy in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) culture should be strengthened; in terms of practical teaching, a collaborative education platform inside and outside the university needs to be established to strengthen value experience and cultural identity; and in terms of evaluation mechanisms, a scientific assessment system should be constructed to test the actual effects. Ultimately, the effective transformation of the spirit of “great physicians with skills and sincerity” will be realized and contributes to the improvement of the quality of medical talent cultivation.
