医学生思政教育创新路径探赜:协同、个性与场域融合
Exploring the Innovative Path of Ideological and Political Education for Medical Students: Synergy, Individuality and Field Integration
医学生核心价值观的塑造不仅直接影响医疗服务质量的提升,更是建立良好医患互动的关键所在。该研究旨在分析医学生思政教育中存在的价值传导缓慢、育人模式相似以及场域赋能不足等结构性矛盾,为培养复合型医学人才提供支持。以协同创新理论、个性化教育范式和场所精神为核心理念搭建理论框架,通过分析现存问题的表现与成因,构建起协同、个性与场域三维融合的整合性育人机制,依靠完善全员协同的育人体系以凝聚多方教育力量,实施基于个性差异的教育策略以提升教育针对性,营造浸润式的医院场所精神以强化实践育人效果,有效提高医学生思政教育的精准施教效果与价值内化程度。
The cultivation of core values among medical students not only directly impacts the improvement of healthcare service quality but also serves as the cornerstone for establishing positive doctor-patient interactions. This study aims to analyze structural contradictions in medical students’ ideological and political education, including slow value transmission, homogeneous educational models, and insufficient field-based empowerment, thereby providing support for cultivating compound medical professionals. This study constructs a theoretical framework centered on collaborative innovation theory, personalized education paradigms, and the concept of place spirit. By analyzing the manifestations and causes of existing problems, it establishes an integrated educational mechanism that integrates collaboration, individualization, and contextualization. This mechanism relies on refining a whole-staff collaborative education system to consolidate diverse educational forces, implements personalized educational strategies based on individual differences to enhance educational relevance, cultivates an immersive hospital place spirit to strengthen the impact of practice-based education, and effectively enhances the precision and value internalization of ideological and political education for medical students.
