刻意练习理论联合情景模拟教学在急救技能培训中的应用效果

刻意练习理论联合情景模拟教学在急救技能培训中的应用效果
Application Effect of Deliberate Practice Theory Combined with Scenario Simulation Teaching in First Aid Skills Training
目的 分析急救技能培训中行刻意练习理论联合情景模拟教学对培训效果的影响。 方法 依据纳入、排除标准选取2024年1月— 2025年1月在昆明医科大学附属红河医院进行急救技能培训的实习医生,并根据样本量计算得出最终共96例实习医生作为此次研究的对象。将入选的实习医生按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=48,采用传统的教学模式)和研究组(n=48,采用刻意练习理论联合情景模拟教学模式)。研究结束后使用SPSS 26.0软件对两组实习医生的培训指标进行分析。 结果 研究组的急救纸质理论考核、急救案例操作考核以及综合成绩得分均高于对照组,且二者对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组CTDI-CV评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组的批判性思维能力量表(Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory‐Chinese Version,CTDI-CV)各维度得分以及总分得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的临床思维能力和应急处理能力得分均高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组的急救协调能力和岗位胜任能力得分均高于对照组,且指标对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 相比于传统的教学模式,刻意练习理论联合情景模拟教学模式可显著提高实习医生的急救能力和批判性思维能力,临床应用价值突出。
Objective To analyze the influence of deliberate practice theory combined with scenario simulation teaching in first aid skills training on the training effect. Methods Based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria, interns who participated in first aid skills training in the Hospital of Honghe State Affiliated to Kunming Medical University from January 2024 to January 2025 were chosen, and according to the sample size, 96 interns were finally selected as the research objects. The selected interns were randomly divided into the control group (n=48, using traditional teaching mode) and the research group (n=48, using deliberate practice theory combined with scenario simulation teaching mode). After the study, SPSS26.0 software was used to analyze the training indicators of the two groups of interns. Results The paper-based first aid theory assessment, first aid case operation assessment and comprehensive score of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and there was a significant correlation between them (P<0.05). Before intervention (P>0.05). After the intervention, the scores of critical thinking disposition inventory‐Chinese version (CTDI-CV) and the total score of the research group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the scores of clinical thinking ability and emergency handling ability of the research group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the scores of first aid coordination ability and post competence of the research group were higher than those of the control group, and there were significant differences in indicators (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching mode, the teaching mode of deliberate practice theory combined with scenario simulation can significantly improve the first aid ability and critical thinking ability of interns, and its clinical application value is outstanding.
