临床微生物检验培训学员临床技能和科研带教模式探析
Analysis of the Teaching Mode for Clinical Skills and Research Capabilities of Trainees in Clinical Microbiology Laboratory Testing
针对检验医学科临床培训学员(本科实习生、进修生、专业型研究生及规范化培训医师),对临床技能与科研能力带教模式进行了系统性改革。改革核心为:构建“助学型”微课平台,实现碎片化学习;虚拟仿真系统提供沉浸式操作训练;分层考试题库支持智能组卷与考核;签字式教学表格强化操作过程规范与可追溯。并针对不同学员的培养目标,推行标准化与差异化相结合的分层教学改革。改革实施后,学员动手能力、临床胜任力及科研素养切实提升,教学满意度显著提高。目前,该素材库内容丰富、体系成熟,具备推广价值,可为优化检验医学教学模式提供有力支撑。
For clinical training students in the Department of Laboratory Medicine, including undergraduate interns, visiting physicians, professional degree postgraduates, and standardized residency trainees, a systematic reform of the teaching mode for clinical skills and research capabilities has been carried out. The core of this reform contains building a “helpful” micro-course platform to achieve fragmented learning; The core of the reform is: to build a “student-assistance-oriented” micro-class platform to achieve fragmented learning; The virtual simulation system provides immersive operation training; The hierarchical test question bank supports intelligent test paper generation and assessment; The signature-style teaching form strengthens the standardization and traceability of the operation process. Furthermore, tiered teaching reforms that combine standardization with differentiation was implemented according to the specific training objectives of different learner groups. Following the implementation of these reforms, students have demonstrated significant improvement in practical skills, clinical competence, and research literacy, alongside a notable increase in teaching satisfaction. Currently, these resource database is rich in content and has a mature structure, possessing substantial value and being able to provide strong support for optimizing the teaching model of clinical laboratory medicine.
