猪心解剖联合水槽建模及PVI训练在房颤介入培训中的应用
Application of Pig Heart Dissection Combined with Water Tank Modeling and PVI Training in AF Interventional Training
目的 探讨猪心解剖联合水槽左房建模及肺静脉隔离(Pulmonary Vein Isolation, PVI)教学法在心内科进修医师房颤射频消融术培训中的应用效果。 方法 选取西安交通大学第二附属医院心内科54名进修医生作为研究对象,分为实验组和对照组,每组27人。对照组采用传统教学法,即理论课+跟台观看手术+作为术者直接操作,实验组在对照组的基础上辅以猪心解剖结合水槽左房建模及PVI训练,进修结束后进行考核和问卷调查评估教学效果。 结果 实验组的考核成绩显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的手术成功率、独立完成率均高于对照组,手术时长显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组对培训的满意度优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。 结论 针对心血管内科进修医师开展房颤射频消融术培训时,采用传统教学联合猪心解剖、水槽左房建模及PVI操作训练的综合教学法,其教学效果优于传统教学模式。
Objective To evaluate the application value of pig heart dissection combined with water tank left atrium modeling and pulmonary vein isolation (PVI) teaching method in the training of atrial fibrillation (AF) radiofrequency ablation for advanced training physicians in Cardiology. Methods A total of 54 physicians undergoing advanced training in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 27 in each. The control group received conventional teaching (theoretical lectures + on-site surgical observation + direct operation as surgeons), while the experimental group had additional porcine heart dissection, water tank-based left atrial modeling and PVI training on this basis. Assessments and questionnaires were conducted to evaluate the teaching effectiveness. Results The experimental group showed significantly higher assessment scores than the control group (P<0.05). It also had higher surgical success and independent completion rates, significantly shorter operation duration, and better training satisfaction than the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion In the training of AF radiofrequency ablation for advanced training physicians, the teaching method that supplements traditional teaching with pig heart dissection combined with water tank left atrium modeling and PVI training is superior to the traditional teaching method.
