“临床+产业”双轨指导模式下医学生双创培育成效研究
Research on the Effectiveness of Medical Students’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training under the “Clinical+Industry” Dual-Track Mentorship Mode
目的 评估“临床导师+产业导师”双轨指导模式在医学生创新创业项目培育中的效果,为医学教育模式改革提供实证依据。 方法 于2023年12月— 2025年12月,将中国医科大学400支已立项的本科生创新创业团队随机分为试验组(n=200)与对照组(n=200)。试验组采用临床导师与产业导师联合指导模式,对照组采用以临床导师指导为主的传统模式。干预两年后,通过主观效果问卷和量化指标积分表比较两组学生培养效果。 结果 试验组学生在主观效果问卷总分及各维度得分上均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。在客观成果方面,试验组学生在竞赛获奖、课题立项、知识产权、实习实践及学术产出的积分以及成果总积分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 “临床导师+产业导师”双轨指导模式能有效提升医学生创新创业能力及项目培育质量。具体而言,该模式显著激发了学生的创新兴趣与主动性,强化了其融合临床需求与产业思维的复合能力,并切实推动了以知识产权和高级别竞赛成果为代表的实质性产出。该模式是衔接临床与产业需求、培养复合型医学创新人才的有效路径。未来,该模式的广泛推广与可持续实施依赖于构建一个更深层次、制度化的校企协同育人生态系统。
Objective To evaluate the effect of “clinical mentor+industry mentor” dual-track mentorship mode in cultivating medical students’ innovation and entrepreneurship projects, and provide empirical evidence for reforming medical education modes. Methods From December 2023 to December 2025, 400 undergraduate innovation and entrepreneurship teams from China Medical University, all of which had secured project funding, were randomly assigned to the experimental group (n=200) or the control group (n=200). The experimental group received joint guidance from clinical mentors and industry mentors (dual-track mode), while the control group followed the traditional mode primarily guided by clinical mentors. After two years of intervention, the training outcomes were compared using subjective effectiveness questionnaires and a quantitative indicator scoring system. Results The experimental group scored significantly higher than the control group on the total subjective effectiveness questionnaire score and across all sub-dimensions (P<0.05). In terms of objective outcomes, the experimental group also demonstrated significantly better performance in competition awards, project approvals, intellectual property achievements, internship and practical experience, and academic output, as well as in the total achievement score (P<0.05). Conclusion The “clinical mentor+industry mentor” dual-track mentorship mode effectively enhances medical students’ innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities and improves the quality of project cultivation. Specifically, this mode significantly stimulates students’ interest and initiative in innovation, strengthens their composite competencies in integrating clinical needs with industrial thinking, and tangibly promotes the generation of substantive outcomes, such as intellectual property and high-level competition achievements. This mode serves as an effective pathway for bridging clinical and industrial demands and cultivating composite medical innovation talents. In the future, the widespread adoption and sustainable implementation of this mode depend on the establishment of a deeper, institutionalized collaborative ecosystem for talent development between universities and enterprises.
