基础医学拔尖创新人才“多维度”能力培养探索
Exploration of “Multi-dimensional” Ability Cultivation for Top-notch Innovative Talents in Basic Medicine
在全球化与科技革命深度融合的背景下,培养拔尖创新人才不仅是教育改革的核心命题,更是推进教育强国建设、为科技强国与人才强国战略提供坚实支撑的关键举措。面对“多维度”能力发展不均衡对学生创新能力提升的制约,基础医学拔尖创新人才培养正实践从“以知识传授为主”向“以能力和素质培养为重”的转变,提出以“夯实基础—注重交叉—实践驱动—开放互动”为核心的培养路径。通过重构“通专结合”的课程体系及交叉学科知识的融入,促进学生智力提升;依托科研项目实践加强创新思维训练,促进知识迁移与研究能力提升;借助多层次、多渠道交流互动,促进学生自我认知和社会交往能力提升,保障拔尖创新人才能力的全面发展。
In the context of the deep integration of globalization and technological revolution, cultivating top-notch innovative talents is not only the core proposition of education reform, but also a key measure to promote the construction of an education powerhouse and provide solid support for the strategy of building a science and technology powerhouse and a talent powerhouse. In the face of the constraints of uneven development of “multi-dimensional” abilities on students’ innovation ability, a shift from “knowledge imparting as the main focus” to “ability and quality cultivation” in the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in basic medicine is implemented. In addition, a cultivation path centered on “strengthening the foundation, emphasizing interdiscipline, driving by practice, and open interaction” is proposed. By restructuring the curriculum system that combines general and specialized courses and integrating interdisciplinary knowledge, it is aimed to promote students’ intellectual enhancement. By strengthening innovative thinking training through scientific research project practice, knowledge transfer and research ability enhancement are promoted. By utilizing multi-level and multi-channel communication and interaction, students’ self-awareness and social communication skills are improved, so as to ensure the comprehensive development of top-notch innovative talents’ abilities.
