医学研究生教育管理人员立德树人成效评价
Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Strengthening Moral Education and Cultivating People of Medical Postgraduate Education Administrators
目的 探讨医学研究生教育管理人员立德树人成效现状及提升需求。 方法 采用分层随机抽样法,向广州三所医学院校的研究生教育管理人员及其对照组(研究生及导师)发放立德树人工作成效问卷,回收有效问卷405份(管理人员105份、导师150份、研究生150份)。运用SPSS 26.0进行t检验和方差分析,分别比较管理人员和导师的立德树人工作成效的“自评”与“他评”差异,以及三个群体对“三全育人”环境的评价差异。 结果 ①在管理人员立德树人成效的六个维度上,管理人员“自评”均显著低于研究生“他评”;但在导师立德树人成效的六个维度上,导师“自评”均与研究生“他评”差异不显著;而且,比较“自评”的立德树人工作成效的六个维度,管理人员均显著低于导师;比较研究生“他评”的立德树人工作成效的六个维度,在三个维度上管理人员均显著低于导师。②三类群体“三全育人”环境四个维度均差异显著,且管理人员评分均低于导师和研究生。③管理人员具有提升能力与完善考核评价的需求。 结论 医学研究生教育管理人员面临“职能定位高要求”与“实践成效低感知”的矛盾。建议通过强化认知引导、聚焦能力建设、完善评价体系,推动管理队伍育人能力与“高标准”职能定位适配。
Objective To explore the current situation and improvement needs of strengthening moral education and cultivating people of medical postgraduate education administrators. Methods A stratified random sampling method was adopted to distribute questionnaires on the effectiveness of strengthening moral education and cultivating people among postgraduate education administrators and their control groups (postgraduates and supervisors) from three medical colleges and universities in Guangzhou. A total of 405 valid questionnaires were collected, including 105 from administrators, 150 from supervisors, and 150 from postgraduates. SPSS 26.0 software was used to conduct t-tests and analysis of variance, so as to compare the differences between self-evaluation and external evaluation on the effectiveness of strengthening moral education and cultivating people of administrators and supervisors respectively, and the differences in the evaluation of the “three-in-one” environment among the three groups. Results Firstly, in the six dimensions of the effectiveness of strengthening moral education and cultivating people of administrators, the self-evaluation scores of administrators were significantly lower than the external evaluation scores of postgraduates. However, in the six dimensions of the effectiveness of strengthening moral education and cultivating people of supervisors, there were no significant differences between supervisors’ self-evaluation and postgraduates’ external evaluation. Moreover, in the six dimensions of self-evaluation, administrators scored significantly lower than supervisors in all dimensions. In the six dimensions of postgraduates’ external evaluation, administrators scored significantly lower than supervisors in three dimensions. Secondly, there were significant differences in the four dimensions of the “three-in-one” environment among the three groups, with administrators scoring lower than both supervisors and postgraduates in all dimensions. Thirdly, administrators had demands for improving their professional capabilities and optimizing the assessment and evaluation system. Conclusion Medical postgraduate education administrators are faced with the contradiction between “high requirements for functional positioning” and “low perception of practical effectiveness”. It is suggested to promote the adaptation of the education capacity of the management team to the “high-standard” functional positioning by strengthening cognitive guidance, focusing on capacity building, and improving the evaluation system.
