数字肺技术结合CBL在外科专业型硕士规范化培训中的应用

数字肺技术结合CBL在外科专业型硕士规范化培训中的应用
Application of Digital Lung Technology Integrated with CBL in the Standardized Residency Training of Surgical Postgraduates with Professional Degree
在教育现代化背景下,构建高质量数字化教学平台已成为跨学科融合与科教协同培养创新型人才的重要支撑。住院医师规范化培训是专业学位研究生向合格临床医师过渡的关键阶段。目前,中国外科专业学位研究生在临床诊疗能力与操作技能的培养方面仍面临一系列挑战。为应对传统教学模式存在的不足,西安交通大学第一附属医院胸外科团队立足科室实际情况,于2024年1月—12月期间,随机选取在该科接受规培的临床专业学位研究生作为研究对象,并将其分为对照组与试验组。对照组采用CBL联合PACS系统二维影像教学,试验组则采用CBL联合数字肺技术及胸腔镜手术视频教学。两组的考核成绩与教学满意度比较结果显示,试验组在理论考核与技能操作考核中的得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组对教学模式的总体满意度也显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,数字肺技术结合胸腔镜手术视频与CBL教学的融合应用,能有效提升教学效果,并提高学员的教学满意度。
Under the context of educational modernization, the establishment of a high-quality digital teaching platform has become a crucial support for cultivating innovative talents through interdisciplinary integration and the synergy between scientific research and education. Standardized residency training is a key transitional phase for postgraduates with professional degree to develop into qualified clinical physicians. Currently, surgical postgraduates with professional degree in China still face a series of challenges in the cultivation of clinical diagnosis and treatment capabilities as well as practical operational skills. To address the limitations of traditional teaching modes, the Thoracic Surgery Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University, based on its departmental practice, randomly selected clinical professional postgraduates with professional degree to undergo standardized training in the department from January to December 2024 as the study subjects. The control group received teaching combining Case-based Learning (CBL) with PACS-based two-dimensional imaging, while the experimental group received teaching combining CBL with digital lung technology and thoracoscopic surgical videos. By comparing the assessment scores and teaching satisfaction between the two groups, the results showed that the experimental group achieved significantly higher scores than the control group in both theoretical and skill-based assessments (P<0.05). Furthermore, the overall teaching satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The study indicates that the integrated application of digital lung technology, thoracoscopic surgical videos, and CBL teaching can effectively enhance teaching outcomes and improve trainees' satisfaction with the instruction.
