教育生态学视域下医学人文教育面临的挑战及应对策略
The Challenge and Countermeasures of Medical Humanities Education from the Perspective of Educational Ecology
医学人文教育是培养医学生人文素养和职业素养的关键环节,理应得到高度重视。该文立足教育生态学视角,剖析了当前中国医学人文教育面临的多重挑战,主要包括现代数字技术应用不足、以健康为中心的发展趋势对医学教育提出新要求、医学人文教育与专业教育生态位重叠现象加剧,以及医学人文教育实践中存在“花盆效应”等问题。针对这些挑战,运用教育生态学基本原理提出应对策略,包括推动医学人文教育数字化转型、探索医学人文向健康人文发展、促进医学人文课程和医学专业课程融合、推动医学人文教育深入走进临床。这一研究为医学人文教育改革提供了新视角,对培养兼具医术与人文素养的卓越医学人才具有理论与实践价值。
Medical humanities education serves as a critical component in cultivating humanistic qualities and professional competence among medical students, warranting significant attention. From the perspective of Educational Ecology, this paper examines the current challenges within medical humanities education in China. These challenges include the insufficient application of modern digital technologies, emerging demands posed by the shift toward health‑centered care, the amplified ecological niche overlap between medical humanities education and specialized medical training, and the presence of a “flowerpot effect” that limits practical application. In response to these challenges, this study proposes strategies grounded in the fundamental principles of Educational Ecology, including advancing the digital transformation of medical humanities education, fostering the evolution from medical humanities to health humanities, promoting the integration of humanities curricula with medical specialty courses, and deepening the immersion of humanities education into clinical practice. This research provides a novel perspective for reforming medical humanities education and holds both theoretical and practical significance for cultivating exemplary healthcare professionals who possess both clinical expertise and humanistic literacy.
