AI+学习平台赋能医学留学生“基础化学”课程的教学效果研究

AI+学习平台赋能医学留学生“基础化学”课程的教学效果研究
Study on the Teaching Effectiveness of "Basic Chemistry" Course for International Medical Students Empowered by AI+ Learning Platform
针对来华医学留学生“基础化学”课程中存在的语言障碍、知识基础差异显著及学习被动等问题,依托2024年度上海高校市级重点课程建设立项“基础化学”建设的AI+学习平台,在留学生“基础化学”课程中构建“课前导学—课中讲授—课后巩固”全链条AI+教学模式,通过多语言术语翻译、个性化例题生成、医学案例智能检索及实时教学反馈等功能,实现精准化与差异化教学。与传统教学班级相比,采用AI+学习平台的留学生形成性考试平均分明显提高,期末考核优秀人数占比显著提高,无不及格情况,显著增强了留学生课堂参与感,教师教学效率与针对性大幅提升。AI+学习平台通过全链条适配与多维度赋能,有效解决了留学生“基础化学”教学的核心痛点,为留学生“基础化学”教学改革提供新的思路和参考。
To address challenges in the “Basic Chemistry” course for international medical students in China, including language barriers, significant differences in knowledge bases, and passive learning habits, this study constructs a full-chain AI+ teaching mode of “pre-class guidance, in-class teaching, and post-class consolidation” in the “Basic Chemistry” course for international medical students in China based on the AI+ learning platform built under the Shanghai Municipal Key Course Construction Project for “Basic Chemistry” in 2024. This teaching mode enables precision and differentiated instruction through features such as terminology translation, personalized example generation, intelligent medical case retrieval, and real-time feedback. Compared with the traditional teaching class, the international students using the AI+ learning platform have significantly higher average scores on formative assessments, a notably increased proportion of outstanding students and no failures in the final assessment. Their class participation is significantly enhanced, and teachers’ teaching efficiency and pertinence are greatly improved. By providing comprehensive adaptation and multi-dimensional empowerment, the AI+ learning platform effectively resolved core challenges in international students’ basic chemistry education, offering novel perspectives and a valuable reference framework for future reform of basic chemistry courses for international students.
