“病理学”课程思政的理论内涵与实践路径探索
Exploration of Theoretical Connotation and Practical Path of Curriculum Ideology and Politics of “Pathology” Course
目的 旨在探讨课程思政理念在病理学教学中的理论基础、实施路径及成效评估,致力于构建一个可复制及推广的实践模型,为病理学专业课程落实“立德树人”这一根本任务提供翔实的参考方案。 方法 基于“病理学”课程特点与思政教育的内在要求,从理论依据、思政元素深度挖掘、教学模式创新设计、多元评价机制四个方面,系统构建“病理学”课程思政的实施框架。通过大量具体教学案例和实践活动细节,详细阐述如何将思政教育有机融入“病理学”教学全过程。 结果 教学实践表明,通过系统化、精细化地将思政教育融入“病理学”专业知识讲授与实践环节,不仅有效提升了教学的质量和吸引力,显著增强了学生的职业认同感、社会责任感和医学人文素养,而且,实现了知识传授、能力培养与价值塑造的三维目标统一。 结论 课程思政是医学教育高质量发展的必然要求。深入挖掘专业课程中蕴含的思政元素,通过创新性的教学设计与科学有效的评价机制,实现思政教育与专业教育的有机融合,是培养德才兼备、仁心仁术的高素质医学人才的有效途径。
Objective To explore the theoretical basis, implementation path and effectiveness evaluation of the curriculum ideological and political concept in Pathology teaching, and build a replicable and popularized practice model, so as to provide a detailed and referential scheme for medical professional courses to effectively implement the fundamental task of “fostering virtue through education”. Methods Based on the characteristics of Pathology course and the requirements of ideological and political education, the implementation framework of ideological and political education in Pathology course was systematically constructed from four aspects, including theoretical basis, deep excavation of ideological and political elements, innovative design of teaching mode, and construction of multiple evaluation mechanisms. By introducing a large number of specific teaching cases and details of practical activities, this paper expounded in detail how to organically integrate ideological and political education into the whole process of Pathology teaching. Results Teaching practice showed that the systematic and meticulous integration of ideological and political education into the teaching and practice of Pathology specialty not only effectively improved the quality and attractiveness of Pathology teaching, but also significantly enhanced students’ professional identity, social responsibility and medical humanistic quality, and realized the three-dimensional goal unity of knowledge teaching, ability training and value shaping. Conclusion Curriculum ideology and politics is an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of medical education. Digging deep into the ideological and political elements contained in professional courses, and through innovative teaching design and scientific and effective evaluation mechanism, the integration of ideological and political education and professional education is realized, which is an effective way to cultivate high-quality medical talents with both ability and political integrity and benevolence.
