军事医学基础实验教学的“三重转变”模式创新与实践

军事医学基础实验教学的“三重转变”模式创新与实践
Innovation and Practice of the “Three Transformations” Mode in Basic Experimental Teaching of Military Medicine
针对传统基础医学实验教学中学生创新思维不足、实战化训练欠缺与评价机制单一等问题,以军事医学人才岗位胜任力培养为导向,对“基础医学综合实验”课程进行了系统化教学改革。构建并实践了以“三重转变”为核心的教学模式:其一,教学模式从“被动跟做”向“主动主创”转变;其二,训练路径从“单一技能”向“进阶实战”转变;其三,评价体系从“重分数”向“重素养”转变。实践表明,改革显著提升了学生的实验操作效率、科研创新能力与综合军事医学素养,为高等医学教育实验教学改革提供了可借鉴的范式。
Aiming at the problems in traditional basic medical experimental teaching, such as students’ lack of innovative thinking, insufficient practical combat-oriented training, and a single evaluation mechanism, this study, guided by the competency training of military medical talents, conducted a systematic teaching reform of the “Comprehensive Basic Medical Experiment” course. A teaching mode centered on the “three transformations” was constructed and implemented: first, the teaching mode shifted from “passive following” to “active innovation”; second, the training path shifted from “single-skill training” to “progressive combat-oriented practice”; third, the evaluation system shifted from “emphasizing scores” to “emphasizing competency and literacy”. Practice has shown that the reform significantly improved students’ experimental operation efficiency, scientific research innovation capability, and comprehensive military medical literacy, providing a referential paradigm for the reform of experimental teaching in higher medical education.
