课程思政融入“医学机能学实验”教学探索
Exploration of Integrating Curriculum Ideology and Politics into “Medical Functional Experiment” Teaching
在高等教育“课程思政”融入教学的背景下,厦门大学医学院“医学机能学实验”教学团队挖掘凝练出培养爱国奉献的科学家精神、为国尽责协同奋进的团队精神、敬佑生命、救死扶伤的医生职业道德和职业担当等若干思政元素,结合专业特点融入课程思政设计,将机能学课程所蕴含的思政教育元素和所承载的思政教育功能融入实验教学各环节,使教学定位再升级,并在三学年教学实践中实际应用。对学生进行“课程思政实施效果评价”问卷调查后,学生满意度高。“医学机能学实验”课程将职业信仰、科学伦理、人文关怀等思政元素深度嵌入课堂中,思政教学改革初见成效,不仅有助于塑造学生正确的世界观、人生观、价值观和思想道德,也提升了教师的综合素质和教学质量,为高等医学院校课程思政资源共享拓展了素材。以全方位实现立德树人根本任务为目标,进一步构建完善的机能学课程思政模式,持续锤炼教师育德能力,精耕案例和技巧,力争实现思想政治教育、知识体系教育和实践技能教育的有机统一。
Under the background of integrating “curriculum ideology and politics” into teaching in higher education, the teaching team of “Medical Functional Experiment” at the School of Medicine of Xiamen University has distilled and crystallized several ideological elements, including the spirit of patriotism and dedication embodied by scientists, a team spirit that shoulders national responsibility through concerted effort, and the medical ethics and professional commitment to revere life and heal the wounded. These elements, closely aligned with disciplinary characteristics, have been woven into the curricular design of Functional Experiment course. By infusing every segment of experimental instruction with the ideological resources inherent in the course, our team has re-positioned the course at a higher level and implemented the new mode in the teaching practice over three academic years. A student questionnaire on “Implementation Effects of Curriculum Ideology ad Politics” at our university showed high satisfaction, confirming the necessity of this reform. In the “Medical Functional Experiment” course, professional faith, scientific ethics, and humanistic care are now deeply embedded in the classroom. The initial results of this ideological-political reform are promising: students’ outlooks on life, values, worldviews, and moral cultivation have been markedly strengthened; moreover, teachers’ comprehensive qualities and teaching quality have likewise improved. The endeavor has also expanded the pool of shared resources for curriculum ideology and politics in medical universities. Guided by the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education in an all-round way, we will continue to refine a comprehensive curriculum ideology and politics mode for functional courses, constantly sharpening teachers’ capacity for moral education, polishing cases and techniques, and striving to achieve an organic unity of ideological-political education, intellectual formation, and practical-skill training.
