AI赋能口腔医学专业“内科学”课程建设思路
Thoughts on the Construction of the “Internal Medicine” Course in the Specialty of Stomatology Empowered by AI
“内科学”不仅是临床医学的核心课程,也是口腔医学专业构建系统诊疗思维的专业基础课程。在“内科学”课程教学中,长期存在以单向知识灌输为主、临床思维训练不足等突出问题。人工智能技术与医学教育的深度融合为课程创新提供了新的可能,以岗位胜任力为导向的培养理念为口腔医学专业内科学课程建设提供了新的改革思路。基于此,空军军医大学西京医院内科学教研室立足专业特点,围绕岗位胜任力所需的专业素养与实践能力,在人工智能等数字化教学手段赋能下系统重构课程体系,全面优化课程内容、创新教学方法、改革评价体系,为培养具有扎实内科基础的口腔医学专业人才奠定了基础。
“Internal Medicine” is not only a core course in Clinical Medicine, but also a fundamental professional course for developing systematic diagnostic and therapeutic thinking in the field of Stomatology. In course teaching of “Internal Medicine”, prominent problems exist such as one-way knowledge indoctrination and insufficient clinical thinking training for a long time. The deep integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and medical education offers transformative potential for curricular innovation, with post competency-based educational frameworks informing the redesign of Internal Medicine instruction within dental curricula. Based on this, the Department of Internal Medicine of Xijing Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University, taking into account its professional characteristics, focused on the professional qualities and practical abilities required for post competency. Under the empowerment of digital teaching methods such as AI, it systematically restructured the curriculum system, comprehensively optimized the course content, innovated teaching methods, and reformed the evaluation system, laying a foundation for cultivating oral medicine professionals with a solid foundation in Internal Medicine.
