基于CiteSpace中国康复科临床护理教学可视化分析

基于CiteSpace中国康复科临床护理教学可视化分析
Visual Analysis of Clinical Nursing Teaching in Domestic Rehabilitation Departments Based on CiteSpace
目的 分析中国康复科临床护理教学的研究热点及趋势,为康复科临床护理教学提供参考。 方法 通过检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库相关文献,应用CiteSpace软件对纳入文献的作者、机构、关键词等进行可视化知识图谱分析。 结果 共检索到文献880篇,经去重及筛选后纳入287篇进行分析。中国康复科临床护理教学研究的发文量整体呈上升趋势,研究机构和作者之间的网络合作密度低,研究热点集中在教学模式(循证护理、案例教学等)、教学形式(临床实践、操作技能等)、教学效果(满意度、教学质量等),循证护理和满意度是较热门的研究词,最新的突现词是教学模式。 结论 康复科临床护理教学研究处于发展阶段,各机构、作者之间应当加强合作,重点关注循证护理及护生的满意度,加强思政教学的融入,创新教学模式,深入探索适合康复科临床护理教学的模式,以培养更多的高素质康复护理人才。
Objective To analyze the research hotspots and trends of clinical nursing teaching in rehabilitation departments in China, and provide references for clinical nursing teaching in rehabilitation departments. Methods By retrieving relevant literature from the databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang, and VIP, the CiteSpace software was applied to conduct a visual knowledge graph analysis of the authors, institutions, keywords, etc. of the included literature. Results A total of 880 documents were retrieved. After removing duplicates and screening, 287 articles were included for analysis. The number of published papers on clinical nursing teaching research in rehabilitation departments in China has generally shown an upward trend. The density of online cooperation between research institutions and authors is low. Research hotspots are mainly concentrated on teaching modes (evidence-based nursing, case teaching, etc.), teaching forms (clinical practice, operational skills, etc.), and teaching effects (satisfaction, teaching quality, etc.). Evidence-based nursing and satisfaction are relatively popular research terms. The latest emerging word is the teaching mode. Conclusion Domestic clinical nursing teaching research in rehabilitation departments is in the development stage. Institutions and authors should enhance cooperation, focus on evidence-based nursing and the satisfaction of nursing students, integrate ideological and political teaching, innovate teaching models, and deeply explore models suitable for clinical nursing teaching in rehabilitation departments, so as to cultivate more high-quality rehabilitation nursing talents.
