情境模拟结合反思日记在产科急危重症护理临床教学中的应用

情境模拟结合反思日记在产科急危重症护理临床教学中的应用
Application of Situational Simulation Combined with Reflective Diaries in the Clinical Teaching of Obstetric Acute and Critical Care
目的 探讨情境模拟结合反思日记在产科急危重症护理临床教学中的应用效果。 方法 采用便利抽样法,选取2024年8月— 2025年5月在郑州市某三级甲等综合医院产房实习的64名护理实习生作为研究对象,按照入科时间分为对照组(n=32)和试验组(n=32)。对照组进行一对一跟班教学, 试验组在此基础上采用情境模拟结合反思日记教学模式。出科后比较两组实习生的护理迷你临床演练评估、考核成绩,并对试验组的反思日记进行分析。 结果 教学后试验组护理迷你演练各维度得分高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组护生理论测试成绩、操作技能测试成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);根据反思日记内容提炼出3个主题,即情境模拟教学有利于提高护生应急处理能力;情境模拟教学有利于增强护生的团队合作意识;情境模拟教学有助于培养护生的人文关怀意识。 结论 情境模拟结合反思日记的教学模式有利于提高护生临床综合能力,帮助护生掌握产科护理基本理论和临床操作技能,值得在临床护理教学中应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of situational simulation combined with reflective diaries in the clinical teaching of obstetric acute and critical care. Methods A total of 64 nursing interns who interned in the delivery room of a tertiary general hospital in Zhengzhou from August 2024 to May 2025 were selected by convenient sampling as the research objects, and were divided into the control group (n=32) and the experimental group (n=32) according to the time of enrollment. The control group received one-on-one follow-up teaching. On this basis, the experimental group adopted a teaching mode that combined situational simulation with reflective diaries. After the interns were discharged from the department, the scores of the nursing mini-clinical exercises and the assessment results of the two groups were compared, and the reflective diaries of the experimental group were analyzed. Results The scores of each dimension of the nursing mini-clinical exercises in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The theoretical test scores and operational skills test scores of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). According to the content of the reflective diaries, three themes were extracted, namely, situational simulation teaching is conducive to improving the emergency response ability of nursing students, situational simulation teaching is conducive to enhancing the teamwork awareness of nursing students, and situational simulation teaching helps to cultivate nursing students’ sense of humanistic care. Conclusion The teaching mode of situational simulation combined with reflective diaries is conducive to improving the clinical comprehensive ability of nursing students, helping them master the basic theory and clinical operation skills of obstetric nursing, and is worthy of application in clinical nursing teaching.
