实习满意度视角下中医临床教学基地建设路径探索
Pathway Exploration of TCM Clinical Teaching Base Construction from the Perspective of Internship Satisfaction
实习阶段是决定人才培养目标实现情况和职业道路选择方向的重要阶段,学生实习阶段满意度是评价临床基地教学质量的重要指标之一。从学生视角出发,采用潜在狄利克雷分布(Latent Dirichlet Allocation,LDA)主题模型挖掘与实习满意度有关文献的热点主题,形成问卷维度并构建中医学本科生实习满意度评价模型,通过重要性及表现分析法(Importance-performance Analysis,IPA)进行满意度和重要性测评。对相关文献进行系统梳理,发现中国医学生实习满意度研究主要围绕教学管理、教学内容、带教教师、教学资源4个主题展开,使用随机抽样法对某中医药大学中医学五年级本科生实习阶段的情况进行问卷调查,定位当前主题分布情况。根据各象限分布情况可以发现,中医临床教学基地建设成效有待改进,尤其要从岗前培训和轮转科室顺序安排、中医学相关教学内容以及科学研究、日常管理等方面进行提升和完善,帮助提升中医学本科生实习阶段满意度,从而提高教学质量。
The internship phase is a pivotal period that determines both the realization of talent-training objectives and the direction of students’ future careers. Students’ satisfaction during this stage is therefore one of the most important indicators for evaluating the teaching quality of clinical bases. Adopting a student-centered perspective, this study first employs Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) topic modeling to mine the hot topics in the extant literature on internship satisfaction. The resulting topics are then translated into questionnaire dimensions to construct an evaluation model of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) undergraduate internship satisfaction. Importance -Performance Analysis (IPA) is subsequently applied to assess both satisfaction levels and perceived importance. A systematic review of relevant literature reveals that research on medical students’ internship satisfaction in China has concentrated on four core themes including teaching management, teaching content, supervising teachers, and teaching resources. Using random sampling, a questionnaire to TCM undergraduates in grade 5 at a TCM University during the intership is conducted. The findings map the current distribution of satisfaction across these themes. IPA quadrant analysis indicates that the effectiveness of TCM clinical teaching base construction still leaves considerable room for improvement. Priority should be given to refining pre-internship orientation, optimizing the rotation schedule, strengthening TCM-specific curricular content, enhancing research opportunities, and tightening day-to-day management. Addressing these areas is expected to elevate TCM undergraduates’ internship satisfaction so as to improve the overall teaching quality.
