一株野生白黄卷毛菇FAHZ03的分离鉴定及其生物学特性研究

一株野生白黄卷毛菇FAHZ03的分离鉴定及其生物学特性研究
Isolation, Identification and Biological Characteristics of a Wild Floccularia albolanaripes FAHZ03
从西藏农牧学院校园内采集到一株野生蘑菇,通过形态学特征初步将该菌株鉴定为白黄卷毛菇Floccularia albolanaripes。为了使该菌种得到更好的开发和利用,对其进行了生物学特性研究。采用平板培养法,分析了不同营养因子对该菌株菌丝生长的影响,结果表明:该菌株菌丝生长最适碳源为淀粉;最适氮源为酵母膏;最适温度为25 ℃;最适pH为5.0。
A wild mushroom strain was collected from the campus of Tibet Agricultural and Animal Husbandry University, and the strain was initially identified as Floccularia albolanaripes by morphological identification. In order to make better exploitation and use of this strain, the biological characteristics of the strain were studied,and the effect of different nutritional factors on the mycelium of the strain was analyzed by plate culture method. The results showed that the most suitable carbon source for mycelium growth was starch, and the most suitable nitrogen source was yeast extract, but the optimum temperature was 25 ℃, and the optimum pH was pH 5.0.
