基于数据库的苔藓植物研究现状文献计量分析

分析苔藓植物2011 - 2022年的相关研究文献,深入了解本领域的研究热点与趋势。 利用文献计量学的方法,以Web of Science核心合集为数据源,从发文量、发文作者、机构、国家之间的合作关系、关键词等进行统计分析。 本研究所使用的9 523篇论文来源于134个国家、6 451个研究机构、1 900个期刊,发文量整体上呈上升趋势,其中美国、中国、德国、加拿大、英格兰发文量位居前五,且国家之间的联系紧密,构成一个较大的合作群体。在该领域作者发文量最多五位作者是该领域较为稳定的合作群体。植物学、环境科学、生态学是该领域最受关注的学科。关键词突现词表明,在本阶段的研究重点注重于苔藓植物与其他生物之间的相互作用关系,以及苔藓植物基因序列等方面的研究。在关键词聚类上,可以清晰可见有五大类,在聚类强度最强的是苔藓植物的多样性及其对气候变化的影响与响应。结论表明:近10年苔藓植物的研究整体上处于上升趋势,尤其2011 - 2012年期间,关注度急增,在此期间研究内容以苔藓植物种类鉴定、苔藓生物多样性、区系研究、生态功能以及基因等方面为主,同时该研究时间段内我国发文量较多,但被引用量还有待提高,因此需加强多领域、多学科交流,提高研究深度,聚焦研究热点,助力学者跟踪领域动态。
This study aims to comprehensively analyze the research landscape and trends in the field of bryophyte studies by examining relevant literature published from 2011 to 2022. Employing bibliometric techniques, the Web of Science Core Collection was utilized as the primary data source to conduct statistical analyses on publication volume, authors, affiliations, international collaborations, and keywords. The dataset consisted of 9,523 papers originating from 134 countries, affiliated with 6,451 research institutions, and published in 1,900 journals. The results indicated an overall increasing trend in publication output, with the United States, China, Germany, Canada, and England being the most prolific contributors. These countries demonstrated close collaborative ties, forming a well-connected research community. Analysis of authorship patterns revealed a stable core group of five highly productive authors in the field. The prominent disciplines associated with bryophyte researches included botany, environmental science, and ecology. Keyword analysis highlighted the current research focused on elucidating the interactions between bryophytes and other organisms, as well as investigations into bryophyte genetic sequences. Further clustering analysis revealed five major thematic clusters, with the most pronounced cluster centering on bryophyte diversity and their responses to climate change. In conclusion, our findings indicated an increasing interest in bryophyte research over the past decade, particularly during the period from 2011 to 2012. Research during this time primarily focused on bryophyte species identification, biodiversity assessments, floristic studies, ecological functions, and genetic investigations. Although China exhibited a substantial publication output, efforts to enhance citation impact were necessary. Therefore, fostering interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary collaborations, deepening research inquiries, and directing attention to research hotspots are crucial for researchers to stay abreast of dynamic advancements in the field.
