人工模拟条件下藏猪猪粪对土壤pH值及重金属影响的研究

人工模拟条件下藏猪猪粪对土壤pH值及重金属影响的研究
Study on Effects of Tibetan Pig Manure on Soil Heavy Metals under Artificial Simulated Conditions
本研究旨在探究藏猪猪粪有机肥施用田间后对土壤中pH值及铜、锌、砷、铬和镉等重金属含量的影响,于个体农户中搜集藏猪猪粪,经厌氧发酵后配制成粪水作为有机肥料,以林芝市巴宜区百巴镇百巴村农田周围土壤作为供试原始土壤,采用模拟试验方法,以0 cm、10 cm、20 cm、40 cm、80 cm、150 cm和300 cm处土层土壤为样本,测定施用藏猪猪粪有机肥30 d后土壤中pH值及铜、锌、砷、铬和镉等重金属含量的变化情况。结果表明:施用藏猪猪粪后,土壤pH值显著提高,表明藏猪猪粪对改善土壤pH值,抑制土壤酸化或修复酸化土壤具有良好效果;施用藏猪猪粪后,土壤中铜、锌、砷、镉和铬等重金属元素含量未见有显著变化,表明藏猪猪粪施用于田间对土壤重金属含量无明显影响,藏猪猪粪可以作为有机肥料参与到农业生产活动中。目前关于藏猪猪粪对土壤的影响未见报道,本研究填补了藏猪猪粪对土壤重金属含量影响的研究空白,同时也为西藏地区农牧民在农业生产活动过程中合理利用藏猪猪粪有机肥资源提供了理论依据。
The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of applying organic fertilizer manure derived from Tibetan pig manure on soil pH levels and the concentrations of heavy metals such as copper, zinc, arsenic, chromium, and cadmium in field conditions. The research involved collecting Tibetan pig manure from individual farmers, subjecting it to anaerobic fermentation, and preparing it as organic fertilizer. Soil samples were obtained from the vicinity of farmland in Baiba Village, Baiba Town, Bayi District, Nyingchi City. A simulated experimental approach was employed, with samples taken from soil layers at depths of 0 cm, 10 cm, 20 cm, 40 cm, 80 cm, 150 cm, and 300 cm. Changes in soil pH and the levels of heavy metals were measured after the application of Tibetan pig manure for 30 days. The results showed a significant increase in soil pH values following the application of Tibetan pig manure, indicating its effectiveness in ameliorating soil acidity and mitigating acidification. However, there were no notable alterations in the concentrations of heavy metal elements, including copper, zinc, arsenic, cadmium, and chromium in the soil after Tibetan pig manure application. This suggested that the use of Tibetan pig manure in field applications did not significantly affect the levels of heavy metals in the soil. Consequently, Tibetan pig manure held promise as an organic fertilizer for participation in agricultural production activities. It is important to note that there is currently no existing research on the impact of Tibetan pig manure on soil, and this study fills a gap in understanding the influence of Tibetan pig manure on soil heavy metal content. Furthermore, this paper provides a theoretical foundation for farmers and herders in Tibet to make rational use of organic manure resources derived from Tibetan pig manure in their agricultural production processes.
