香柏苗木移植试验研究
Experimental Study on Transplantation of Juniperus pingii var. wilsonii Seedlings
为研究香柏在拉萨河流域不同区域移植后生长表现,选择拉萨市药王山、慈觉林和柳梧隧道3个区域为香柏苗木移植试验地,探索适宜香柏迁地移植技术及适宜生长区,为香柏迁地保护提供依据。研究结果表明:(1)香柏苗木在不同的区域移植后的表现存在较大差异,成活率大小顺序依次为:慈觉林>柳梧隧道>药王山;(2)药王山区域香柏苗木顶芽萌动及展叶时间最早,柳梧隧道区域最晚。慈觉林区域香柏苗木顶芽封顶期最迟,药王山和柳梧隧道区域最早;(3)慈觉林区域香柏苗高、地径、冠幅、侧根数、地上生物量及总生物量值最大;(4)根系分配指数的变化范围为0.39~0.57,茎叶分配指数为0.43~0.64。香柏在拉萨河流域更适合生长在半阴坡沙壤土的环境中。
In order to study the growth performance of Juniperus pingii var. wilsoniii after transplantation in different regions of the Lasa River Basin, three areas—Yaowang Mountain, Cijuelin, and Liuwu Tunnel in Lasa City—were selected as experimental sites, and suitable ex-situ transplantation techniques and growth areas for Juniperus pingii var. wilsonii were to explored to provide a basis for its ex-situ protection. The research results indicated significant differences existed in the performance of Juniperus pingii var. wilsoniii seedlings after transplantation in different regions, with the survival rate ranking as follows: Cijuelin > Liuwu Tunnel > Yaowang Mountain. Yaowang Mountain exhibited the earliest germination and leaf expansion times for Juniperus pingii var. wilsoniii seedlings, while Liuwu Tunnel showed the latest. Cijuelin had the latest capping period, whereas Yaowang Mountain and Liuwu Tunnel had the earliest capping periods. The Cijuelin area recorded the highest values for Juniperus pingii var. wilsoniii seedling height, diameter, crown width, lateral root number, aboveground biomass, and total biomass. The root allocation index ranged from 0.39 to 0.57, while the stem-leaf allocation index ranged from 0.43 to 0.64. Juniperus pingii var. wilsoniii was better suited for growth in sandy loam environments on semi-shaded slopes within the Lasa River Basin.
