不同磷肥处理对黑青稞旗叶光合特性的影响
Effects of Different Phosphorus Fertilizer Treatments on Photosynthetic Characteristics of Flag Leaves of Black Highland Barley
为了明确不同磷肥处理对黑青稞光合特性的影响,以隆子黑青稞为试验材料,采用随机区组试验,比较分析了不同磷肥用量对黑青稞叶片相对叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)以及蒸腾速率(Tr)的影响。结果表明:与CK处理相比,各磷肥处理的黑青稞相对叶绿素含量均有增加,表现出随着生育进程先上升后下降的趋势,且各处理值均在灌浆期达到最大,在成熟期各处理值迅速下降。花后不同磷肥处理的黑青稞旗叶净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度和蒸腾速率都高于CK处理,胞间CO2浓度变化趋势与净光合速率的变化趋势相反。从黑青稞各项光合特性指标来看,磷肥用量在114 kg/hm2处理时相对其他6种磷肥处理表现较好。
The effects of different phosphorus fertilizer treatments on the photosynthetic characteristics of black highland barley were determined, and the effects of different phosphorus fertilizer dosages on the relative chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (Gs), intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) and transpiration rate (Tr) of black highland barley were compared and analyzed by random block experiments. The results showed that compared with CK treatment, the relative chlorophyll content of black barley treated with phosphorus fertilizer increased to a certain extent, showing a trend of rising first and then rapidly decreasing with the growth process, and the value of each treatment reached the maximum at the filling stage, and the value of each treatment rapidly decreased at the maturity stage. After flowering, the net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate of flag leaves of black barley treated with different phosphorus fertilizer were higher than those treated with CK, and the change trend of intercellular CO2 concentration was opposite to the change trend of net photosynthetic rate. According to various photosynthetic characteristics of black highland barley, phosphorus fertilizer treatment at 114kg/hm2 was better than other 6 kinds of phosphorus fertilizer treatment.
