西藏高寒草甸土壤养分对高原鼠兔有效洞穴密度变化的响应
Response of Soil Nutrients To The Change of Effective Cave Density of Ochotona Curzoniae in Alpine Meadow of Xizang
高原鼠兔(Ochotona curzoniae)不同干扰程度会引起高寒草甸土壤养分含量产生变化。本研究通过测定高原鼠兔有效洞穴密度,研究西藏高寒草甸土壤养分与高原鼠兔有效洞穴密度变化间的相互关系。研究表明:高原鼠兔有效洞穴密度与0 ~ 10 cm土壤有机碳、全磷含量间存在显著的线性负相关,高原鼠兔干扰显著降低了0 ~ 10 cm土壤有机碳、全磷含量;高原鼠兔有效洞穴密度与0 ~ 10 cm土壤全氮间存在显著的二次相关,随着高原鼠兔干扰增加,土壤全氮含量先增加后降低;高原鼠兔有效洞穴密度与10 ~ 20 cm土壤全氮含量间存在显著的线性负相关,高原鼠兔干扰显著降低了10 ~ 20 cm土壤全氮含量。
Different disturbance degrees of Ochotona curzoniae can cause changes in soil nutrient content in alpine meadow. In this research, the relationship between soil nutrients and effective cave density of Ochotona curzoniae in alpine meadow of Tibet was studied by measuring the effective cave density of Ochotona curzoniae. The results showed that there was a significant linear negative correlation between the effective cave density of Ochotona curzoniae and the content of soil organic carbon and total phosphorus in 0 ~ 10 cm. The disturbance of Ochotona curzoniae significantly reduced the content of soil organic carbon and total phosphorus in 0 ~ 10 cm. There was a significant quadratic correlation between the effective cave density of Ochotona curzoniae and the total nitrogen in 0 ~ 10 cm soil. With the increase of Ochotona curzoniae disturbance, the total nitrogen content of soil increased first and then decreased. There was a significant linear negative correlation between the effective cave density of Ochotona curzoniae and the total nitrogen content of 10 ~ 20 cm soil, and the interference of Ochotona curzoniae significantly reduced the total nitrogen content of 10 ~ 20 cm soil.
