化肥减量配施园林废弃物堆肥对青稞幼苗生长和土壤肥力的影响

化肥减量配施园林废弃物堆肥对青稞幼苗生长和土壤肥力的影响
Effects of fertilizer reduction combined with garden waste compost on the growth of highland barley seedlings and soil fertility
为探究化肥减量配施园林废弃物堆肥对青稞幼苗生长和对土壤肥力的影响。本试验设计了本试验设计了9处理盆栽试验:CK(空白);CF(化肥);GEC(堆肥);A1(化肥减量10%);A2(化肥减量30%);A3(化肥减量50%);B1(化肥减量10%,增施堆肥10%);B2(化肥减量30%,增施堆肥20%);B3(化肥减量50%,增施堆肥30%)。以7 d为1个周期测定盆栽株高,定值28 d后采集植株样本测定其农艺性状,利用环刀法现场采集土壤进行基础理化性质及土壤养分测定。结果表明:B组随着化肥减量增施园林废弃物堆肥对青稞地上部分有明显促进作用,地上部分干重含量以B3(0.35 g/株)效果最好;化肥减量配施园林废弃物堆肥可有效改善土壤基础理化性质,其中以B3处理效果最好,B3处理其土壤容重较CK降低22.99%,含水量较CK提高123.63%,孔隙度提高17.17%,有机质含量提高371.75%。由此可见,化肥减量配施园林废弃物堆肥不但可以改善青稞幼苗农艺性状、促进青稞幼苗的生长发育,还可以改善土壤基础理化性质。本文研究了化肥配施园林废弃物堆肥不同施用量对青稞产量、品质及土壤肥力的影响,为青稞的优质高效生产提供技术支撑。
(Objective) To explore the effects of fertilizer reduction and garden waste compost on the growth of highland barley seedlings and soil fertility. (Method) This experiment designed 9 treatment pot test: CK (blank); CF (Chemical fertilizer); GEC (Composting); A1 (10% reduction of fertilizer); A2 (30% reduction of fertilizer); A3 (50% reduction of fertilizer); B1(reduce fertilizer by 10%, increase compost by 10%); B2 (reduce fertilizer by 30%, increase compost by 20%); B3 (Reduce fertilizer by 50%, increase compost by 30%). The height of potted plant was measured every 7 days. After 28 days of fixed value, plant samples were collected to determine their agronomic traits. The basic physical and chemical properties and soil nutrients were measured by ring knife method. (Result) The results showed that the compost of garden waste applied in group B with the reduction of fertilizer significantly promoted the upland part of highland barley, and the dry weight content of upland part B3 (0.35g/plant) had the best effect. Fertilizer reduction combined with garden waste compost can effectively improve the basic physical and chemical properties of soil, and B3 treatment has the best effect. Compared with CK, B3 treatment can reduce the soil bulk density by 22.99%, increase the water content by 123.63%, increase the porosity by 17.17%, and increase the organic matter content by 371.75%. (Conclusion) It can be seen that fertilizer reduction combined with garden waste compost can not only improve the agronomic traits of highland barley seedlings, promote the growth and development of highland barley seedlings, but also improve the basic physical and chemical properties of soil. In this paper, the effects of fertilizer combined with garden waste compost on yield, quality and soil fertility of highland barley were studied to provide technical support for high quality and efficient production of highland barley.
