西藏农业绿色发展水平测算与区域特征研究
Study on Level Calculation and Regional Characteristics of Agricultural Green Development in Xizang
基于西藏农业发展现状,构建包含资源节约、环境友好、农业生态和绿色供给的西藏农业绿色发展指标体系,利用主观赋权法,对2012 - 2020年西藏全区及各地市的农业绿色发展指数进行测算,综合评价西藏农业绿色发展水平。结果表明:西藏农业绿色发展水平稳步提高,环境友好指标的得分最高,绿色供给指标的得分最低;西藏各地市农业绿色发展水平差异较大,拉萨的农业绿色发展水平最高,日喀则、林芝次之,阿里地区最低。农业环境友好是西藏农业绿色发展的最大优势,绿色供给是其农业绿色发展的短板。西藏推进农业绿色发展要紧扣区情,取长补短,努力提高西藏的农业绿色供给水平,发挥农业的带动效应,将其生态环境效益转化为经济效益。
This paper developed agricultural green development index of Tibet, which contained four dimensions, namely resource saving, environmental friendliness, agricultural ecology and green supply. By collecting the public available statistic data, agricultural green development index had been calculated on both provincial and municipal level in Tibet. Results indicated that:From 2012 to 2020, agricultural green development index of Tibet had been steadily improved with the highest score of environmental friendliness and the lowest score of green supply. There were great regional differences of agricultural green development level in Tibet, while Lhasa was the highest and Ali was the lowest. Environmental friendliness was the advantage of Tibet's agricultural green development, and green supply was the short board. There was a long way to go for the agricultural green development in Tibet. We should closely follow the regional situation, learn from each other, deeply promote the structural reform of the agricultural supply side, adhere to the revitalization of agriculture by quality and green, and accelerate the transformation of the ecological and environmental advantages of agriculture in Tibet into economic benefits.
