藏北高寒草原乡土生态草梭罗草播种量筛选试验研究

藏北高寒草原乡土生态草梭罗草播种量筛选试验研究
A Study of the Seeding Rate Selection of Thunbergii, an Indigenous Ecological Grass in the Alpine Steppe of Northern Xizang
合理的播种量是天然草地生态修复效果评价和经济投入的前提,为探明乡土生态牧草品种梭罗草在那曲天然草地生态修复中最适宜的播种量。该研究设置播量分别为2 g/m2(A)、3 g/m2(B)、4 g/m2(C)、6 g/m2(D)、7 g/m2(E)和8 g/m2(F),共6种处理。本研究结果表明:不同播种量对梭罗草生长和繁殖均有不同程度的影响。其中,以适宜机械化操作为目标的最佳播种量为4 g/m2,以饲草生产为目标的最佳播种量为7 g/m2,以种籽生产为目标的最佳播种量为6 g/m2。本研究可为那曲高寒草原乡土牧草品种用于天然草地生态修复重建提供基础科学数据支撑。
Reasonable sowing amount is the premise of ecological restoration effect evaluation and economic investment of natural grassland, to find out the most suitable sowing amount of Kengyilia thoroldiana, a native ecological forage species in Naqu, northern Xizang, in ecological restoration of natural grassland. In this study, the seeding amounts were set at 2g/m2(A), 3g/m2(B), 4g/m2(C), 6g/m2(D), 7g/m2(E) and 8g/m2(F), and there were 6 treatments. The results of this study showed that different sowing rates had different effects on the growth and reproduction of Kengyilia thoroldiana. From the research results, it was found that the optimal sowing amount for suitable mechanized operation was 4g/m2, the optimal sowing amount for aboveground biomass was 7g/m2, and the optimal sowing amount for producing grass seeds was 6g/m2. This study can provide basic scientific data support for the application of native forage varieties in Naqu alpine grassland in northern Xizang to the ecological restoration and reconstruction of natural grassland.
