永磁直流无刷电机电磁设计与性能分析
Electromagnetic Design and Performance Analysis of Permanent Magnet DC Motor
永磁直流无刷电动机具有结构简单,运行可靠,维护方便,体积小,重量轻等诸多优点。本文通过一台永磁直流电机模型,研究了永磁直流电机的设计与相关参数的仿真。首先,根据永磁直流电机的原理,进行电磁计算并对电机完成建模和瞬态仿真,通过改变电机特定参数,观察电机输出特性的变化情况。然后,为了优化电机输出特性,本文采用分数槽双层集中绕组来减小齿槽转矩,转子采用内置式永磁体结构来降低极弧影响。最后,对优化后的电机进行仿真,结果表明其输出特性得到明显改善。
Permanent magnet DC brushless motors have many advantages such as simple structure, reliable operation, easy maintenance, small size, and light weight. This research studied the design and simulation of permanent magnet DC motors and their related parameters using a model of a permanent magnet DC motor. First, electromagnetic calculations were performed based on the principles of permanent magnet DC motors to complete the modeling and transient simulation of the motor. By changing specific parameters of the motor, variations in the motor's output characteristics were observed. Subsequently, to optimize the output characteristics of the motor, this adopted a fractional-slot double-layer concentrated winding to reduce cogging torque, and the rotor adopted an embedded permanent magnet structure to reduce pole arc effect. Finally, simulations were conducted on the optimized motor, and the results showed a significant improvement in its output characteristics.
